Upscale Lakefront Newly Remodeled Condo

Larger 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ bath upper level Harborage Condominium. You’ll appreciate expansive views of Lake Charlevoix sunsets. Relax on the beautiful private beach after enjoying the tennis courts and golf practice area. Inquire with us about availability for our 32 foot slip at the adjacent exclusive Harborage Marina. Boats, boards and other water rental available at the nearby docks.

Your condo comes well equipped for cooking and grilling though you may prefer to stroll into Boyne City to enjoy the nice options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For children and ‘adult’ kids there are endless opportunities close by. Beyond boating Lake Charlevoix, one of the best lakes in America, there’s opportunities to kayak or canoe nearby rivers, paddle board, swim, bike or hike Avalanche Mountain Preserve. Fall and Springtime bring excellent fly fishing. During winter Boyne Mountain is minutes away for downhill skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Inside you’ll find our main level to include one king bed with renovated full bath and private deck. Beautiful newly expanded living room, new bar & frame TV with renovated main level laundry and half bath. Large dining room with seating for 6-8 with one of the best views in northern Michigan. Leading out to deck with stairway down to water. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, appliances; truly a chef’s delight. Upper level includes sitting area with queen memory foam sleeper sofa as well as two queen bedrooms (one with a private deck and spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix) and newly renovated bathroom to share.

Our family purchased this home in Boyne City after many years vacationing all across Northern Michigan. We love the natural beauty, as well as the activities with easy access to surrounding small town destinations like Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and others for shopping and restaurants. We enjoy boating, supporting local businesses, music events, festivals and everything outdoor. Seven day minimum stays apply.

Gorgeous! Felt Right at Home.

As soon as we walked into this beautiful condo, I knew we picked the perfect rental for our winter vacation. The decor was modern, yet very welcoming. Everything we needed to cook at home, relax and have a great family experience was right here. I really hope to stay here again soon.

4th of July Stay

Lovely updated condo in the best location in Boyne! The unit was clean and well set up for our stay. The kids enjoyed the beach and we enjoyed the easy walk to town. Perfect location for 4th of July fireworks and Boyne Thunder viewing. Great family vacation spot!

Winter Escape

This property was a lovely winter escape for our family. The home itself was very clean and had all the amenities one could hope for in a vacation rental. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, linens, etc. It boasts a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix which was enjoyable even in the winter.

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time! The condo has been newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful. Every amenity you could need is available. We loved looking out onto the lake every day. We had a socially distanced Thanksgiving here and it was perfect! Lots of hikes and great food. We look forward to our next visit!

Holiday break

We took the kids skiing for after Christmas. The location was really good for all the ski resorts in the area! It was close to restaurants right in town and close to other areas as well. Condo was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed! We cooked in a few times and the kitchen was well equipped! Very spacious for our family!

Sunset views

Beautiful condo ~ from the minute you walk in it is a very welcoming, clean, well appointed rental. The owners are very attentive to all the details! Walking to downtown is doable giving you Boyne City at your fingertips. Sunsets were perfect!! The condo is perfect - hope to stay again! Communication between owners and us was quick.

The Perfect Getaway

This was my family's second time staying here and it just as wonderful as our first! The host are wonderful and the communication we received from them is great. Upon arrival you feel immediately welcomed and cannot miss the extra touches...like shampoo, body wash, a travel size tooth paste, hand cream, variety of board games, and more. The condo is beautifully decorated and the sunset views over the lake the perfect way to end the night.

Lovely Home !!

This condo, located in The Harborage, really can't be any better. You can walk to town, rent a slip next door, sit on the well maintained grass or beach, play tennis or go for a bike ride. The condo is decorated beautifully & is equipped with anything you might need. You won't regret renting this property!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family (2 kids and 2 adults) just finished a week’s stay at this wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and truly felt like our home away from home. Laura was so helpful as we prepared for our trip answering all of our questions and providing helpful suggestions of activities to enjoy and places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, playing tennis, swimming in the lake and watching the beautiful sunsets every night from the balcony or comfy living room couch! We loved everything about this vacation and we hope to return next summer! Thank you Fabrizio family for everything!

My family rented this AMAZING home for a family ski escape. The property exceeded all expectations. It was pristine and all the special touches made if feel even more like home. New Years Family Ski Escape

We had such an amazing time in Laura and Pat’s cozy and charming condo. They have outfitted the unit with all the amenities that make it a home away from home, only better! From the toiletries and sundries, to the welcome wine and personal note, no detail has been left out to make sure guests can relax and enjoy their stay. The updated kitchen has everything needed for cooking in and everything is in pristine order and condition. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy a winter/summer retreat.

After Christmas Escape

Our family rented this beautiful condo on the water for an after-Christmas ski & getaway. The property exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, there were all of the small touches that a person would want (paper products, toiletries, even coffee and olive oil), and the view is absolutely amazing! The decor felt brand new and the design of the condo (3 private balconies!) is superb (I’m an architect...and I’m telling you that they are very well designed). Kudos and thanks to Laura for a perfect vacation for our family 😊
