Great one room upstairs studio. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Attached but separate from main house. Situated in quiet woodland area with bars/restaurants 10 min walk away. 30 min walk into busy town centre. Trolley bus stops on the main road. Supermarket, garage, pharmacy etc 10 min drive away. On site parking. Easy access with key lock box. Text contact only with host and prompt reply.

Everything was great. The only thing I would mention in your advertisement is that the steps are a little steep.Older clients would definitely have a hard time with them.

This charming unit was very clean, in a quite neighborhood and conveniently located. Lobsters available at the end of the road a nice surprise. Definitely would book again without hesitation.

Cozy Getaway!

Our stay here was perfect! Between the comfort of the studio, the amenities/things included, and the location to the beach and phenomenal restaurants. It was a perfect week-long trip for us in which we could kickback and unwind away in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to Footbridge beach was peaceful, and we had so much to do and experience while still having the comfort of the studio allowing us to feel at home. Perfect location for a couple that wants a relaxing, quiet trip away to slow life down :)

Cozy studio

Well equipped studio, comfortable and convient. Lovely decor, plush towels. Perfect for couples. We went to the beach everyday. We dropped off our chairs and cooler at the beach with the car. There is a 30 minute free parking area at Footbridge beach. And then we brought the car back at the studio and walked down to the beach.

Cozy apartment right near town!

My wife and I stayed here during Ogunquit’s Christmas by the Sea event. Cozy and private apartment very close by to town and beaches. Don’t hesitate to book!

Perfect location

We loved the studio. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the perfect location. It was walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions as well as easy access to I95. The owner was responsive to inquiries and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend!

Title

The problem was that I did not have a car. The location was a far walk for a senior citizen. Judy and Lola were very kind but the taxi drivers said it was too far and there were no Ubers. I did not hear directly from the owner. The property is wonderful and just as described. I left the key on the table near the bed. I used my own towels and linens. I only used three small towels which I left near the sinks.

Peaceful Vacation Spot

Very clean studio upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to get around in. Bathroom looks a bit larger than the photo and the shower stall is appropriate for taller people as well. Comfy living room space to watch tv or play cards on the large size coffee table. Neighborhood was very very quiet and we slept each night through without any disturbances. Easy walk to the beach with our cart which was key for us. Only suggestion from my wife would be a full length mirror of some sort with the understanding that space is limited in the studio. Without any reservations we would stay here again.
