Come and discover this 58 m² flat, with a splendid view of the Mediterranean and the charming town of Antibes. Close to public transport, beaches and all amenities, this pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for a getaway for up to 4 people.
You will have a beautiful bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, two balconies to enjoy a good meal in the sun as well as a swimming pool and shared tennis courts.
Private parking. Baby bed. Bed linen and towels included.

The flat:
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, this walk-through flat is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

Exterior:
- A numbered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.
- Two terraces, one facing south, the other facing west and furnished with sunbeds, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the sea!
- A large unheated swimming pool. This area is shared with the residence and is open from mid-May to mid-October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- Two tennis courts. Common area in the residence.

Honest review

The property was ok and reasonably clean. The pool was fabulous and never busy. The company looking after it were 35 minutes late to let us in and then 20 minutes late when we were leaving, despite me advising them in advance that we had a bus to catch. On arrival we were advised that the fridge did not work.properly, but we could use the one next door!!! When we told them that this was not very satisfactory, we were told that the people before us were ok with it. Personally, i feel that as they had known about it in advance, they should have either fixed it or bought a new one. When I.put that to them, i was told that the owner was abroad. Not sure why they couldn't be contacted in this age of email,, text, whatsapp etc...and then was advised that i could ask be moved.or.put up with it. So, the property was ok but the agent was shocking.

Le Morane "Immeuble très bien situé, calme et sécurisé, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. Parking privatif est sécurisé. Appartement est clair, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Balcon côté séjour avec sa belle vue. Travaux de peinture étaient en cours sur la façade extérieure ce qui n'a pas été signalé lors de la réservation. Le volet de la chambre était cassé et inutilisable, donc chambre aveugle. Trois lampes sur sept dans la salle de bain fonctionnaient. La bouilloire de la cuisine s'allumait mais ne chauffait pas. Il n'y avait pas de box internet dans les lieux, donc pas de wifi. Un répéteur était présent mais sans utilité apparente. La mini TV dans le salon ne fonctionnait qu'avec une box TV Orange, qui était inutilisable en l'absence de wifi. Le câble d'antenne pour la TNT était cassé. Il n'y avait qu'une seule éponge pour l'entretien courant. J'ai signalé tous ces problèmes à l'agence et à la conciergerie dès mon arrivée, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Ce n'est pas normal."

Cependant nous conserverons un mauvais souvenir de ce logement en raison de l’addition des soucis que nous avons rencontrés. Réfrigérateur inutilisable (le second proposé dans un appartement à côté du notre ne fonctionnait pas mieux et nous n’avons pas pu stoker de nourriture fraîche et de lait pour nos petites filles), piscine enfant vide au début de notre séjour, et espace piscine fermé en plus une demi journée dans la semaine. Attention à la location durant l’été le logement n’est pas climatisé comme indiqué sur l’annonce mais il est aussi très mal isolé et la température intérieure peut très vite se montrer insoutenable. En résumé un bel habillage mais qui manque vraiment de fond au regard des tarifs pratiqués par le propriétaire."

Appena arrivato ho fatto presente di peli nelle lenzuola, molta sporcizia sotto al letto e dietro ai mobili, e tavoletta del water rotta, ottenendo come risposta di andar via dall'appartemento e chiedere rimbors (nel giorno della vigilia di Pasqua) dovendo lavorare ho preferito lavare le lenzuola da solo e pulire dove necessario autonomamente per non dover fare altro trasloco non avendo tempo. durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto problemi con il frigorifero che non funzionava adeguatamente e il wifi assolutamente inutilizzabile. la cose positive erano l'estrema vicinanza al centro, il posto auto interno e gratuito, posizione e grandezza dell'appartamento e panorama meraviglioso sul golfo. Consiglio maggiore gentilezza nel trattare con ospiti che sollevano problematiche reali in un momento di vulnerabilità come quello di un lungo viaggio di lavoro. grazie."

L'appartement est plus grand que sur les photos. Place de parking appréciable. Wifi OK. L'équipe de la conciergerie est très réactive et arrangeante. Le lit bébé, demandé à l'avance, n'était pas sur place. La conciergerie m'en a fourni un le lendemain, mais pensez à apporter votre propre matelas bébé, car il n'y en a pas."

Le Morane We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it. We are always nervous when we book a place that doesn't have many reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised by how good the apartment was. To start, it was very clean throughout and all of the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The shower was spacious and had really good water pressure. The bed was very comfy. We really loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views across the bay. We would eat breakfast and dinner out there (although there is a very comfortable table inside and also a breakfast bar where you can sit). Chrystelle met us for check-in and was really helpful. She was also really quick to respond to any of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Antibes.
