Come to Tamarisk Treehouse and enjoy the mountain getaway of a lifetime! This nicely updated, third-floor condo offers all the amenities and comfort that you and your group could ever need to truly relax, leave all of your worries behind, and enjoy the charms of Breckenridge. Large floor-to-ceiling windows will let plenty of natural light in along with marvelous forest and ski views. If you'd like to enjoy them up close, you can step outside to your balcony with a warm cup of coffee in hand. The balcony features a convenient outdoor dining area and a gas grill, which are perfect for cookouts and fun gatherings. Back inside, cozy up on the large sectional sofa with a good book in hand or turn on TV to enjoy your favorite show. Challenge your friends to any of the board games available and enjoy a fun afternoon before heading out to take advantage of one of the four shared hot tubs available (two indoor and two outdoor). The shared heated outdoor pool is another great perk that you'll have access to. Come mealtime, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back with all the modern, stainless steel appliances and utensils available.

This prime location will put you within short, easy walking distance to the Breckenridge Ski Resort's Quicksilver chairlift (less than one mile away) and ski school at Peak 9. The resort offers access to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. You can also easily walk two blocks to many of the best shops and restaurants on Main Street. If you visit during summer months, you can enjoy 4x4 tours, hiking, biking, mountain biking, horseback rides, and so much more! Visit during winter months and you'll have no shortage of outdoor activities that include Nordic skiing, skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and more. Seven and a half miles north is Lake Dillon with its plethora of outdoor activities such as stand up paddleboarding, fishing, boating, and more.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool/hot tub facility is off-site across the street and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ski Trip

We spent a week here on a recent ski trip - this is a lovely condo! It has a comfortable living room with a very nice fireplace and high ceilings; a small, but well-stocked kitchen for cooking; comfortable beds; and it's a short walk to Peak 9, the hot tubs, or the shuttle bus to other peaks. Downtown is also easily walkable. The unit was clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Place was great, quick access to quicksilver lift and downtown breck

As title said. Beds were nice, bathrooms were remodeled and living and kitchen area were great. Only issues were we never had instructions or key codes for laundry and hot tub. Also water pressure was very low.

Great location!

This was our first time staying right near Main St. and glad we chose this property as our rental car had issues and it was easy to walk to all our favorite spots. The updated kitchen and artistic decor was a plus and we liked the 3rd floor vaulted ceilings. My only wish would be for plug in fans as it did get warm in the bedrooms at night. I also wish the pool and hot tub had better hours (10am-8pm) as we didn’t get much use after a long day on the mountains hiking and biking. It would be great for a 10am-10pm use of hot tubs. This didn’t ruin the trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Location is great but we had issues

I will start with the good. The locations is great. Close enough to Main St (just a short walk down the path) but far enough away to feel secluded and private. The bathrooms are updated and the kitchen is small but efficient and stocked with everything you need. The balcony and BBQ grill were great and we cooked a couple of meals on it. It was hot and stuffy (even with windows open) in there but we requested fans and they brought over fans right away! The bad: The lighting is absolutely horrible in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has one little lamp. The lock on the front door is tricky and should be replaced. The wi-fi/internet didn't work the entire 6 days we were there. A real problem because that also meant no TV (smart TVs in every room which is great until the internet doesn't work). Also a problem because we needed to work remotely at times while on vacation. After SEVERAL calls, emails, and texts to the management company to get it working, we were finally told the building HOA didn't pay the internet bill and the entire building was out. If you need internet or plan on watching TV, I would double check the internet is working. It put a cloud over the first couple days of our vacation.

Super Bowl weekend in Breckenridge

This was a nice, clean property however there was no welcome book explaining where the sauna was and the fireplace advertised wasn’t working. Needless to say a bit disappointed, but over all stay was good.

Great little modern and clean condo

Great little space with new and updated additions! Clean & modern. Overall nice stay! Vacasa was great at helping provide us with information/needs when we called; however we’d recommend having a guest notebook/handbook provided with: - tv instructions (smart tv with app access needed to watch sports, etc) - pool/hot tub info (hard to locate, and once we got all the way there we were sadly disappointed to find out it had closed at 8pm) - shuttle info (there was a great shuttle close by that brought us back to the condo after skiing, but we were still uncertain how get shuttle to take us to ski resort, we just had one of us drive and drop us all off bc we had kids, then walked back to meet us) - ski resort trail map to look at prior - checkout directions (we couldn’t seem to find them anywhere, even though a QR code was provided upon arrival) Last recommendation, to improve lighting, especially in bedrooms. Thank you!

Good spot

Comfortable stay. 5 min walk to Main Street. Internet is fast. Poor lighting in rooms though. Kitchen is well equipped. There some board games and Apple TV for entertainment.

Will be coming back!

We loved everything about this condo. We stayed here for a few days with our kids and were very happy with this cozy, thoughtful experience. The place was impeccably clean & stocked with essentials, which saved us a trip to the store upon arrival. The owners had fun games and books and an apple TV to keep kiddos (and us ) entertained. The renovated bathrooms look great. We had one issue with the internet and the folks with Vacasa solved it so fast. It was great to be able to walk downtown through the trees and path. We enjoyed the light and fireplace as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our meals and the grill on the deck was so nice as well. We will definitely be back.
