This was a cute condo located right in the middle of Breckenridge, within walking distance of everywhere you could want to be. Very quiet and perfect location.

The property was as described and very clean. The location was perfect: walk to skiing, stores, etc. Plus having a parking space in the garage was a huge bonus. I would recommend for couples visiting town.

Everything was great. Only a couple things I'd mention. The dresser had 2 broken drawers that were unusable. The bed post also sticks out and I bumped my leg/foot several times during our stay . It's very close to the wall and hard to maneuver. Otherwise, the condo is great!

Great spot for a couple

This location is right off Main Street so it's a quick walk to anything. You can see and hear the river from the back deck. The condo itself is cozy but checks the box for everything my wife and I needed for the weekend.

Fantastic little condo in great location

Superb little condo. Clean and well taken care of, this spot is the most convenient and central in town. Balcony overlooks blue river and you’re steps away from main. Winter or summer - tons to do. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location- walk to lift

Efficient Condo with loft. Stayed for the week with my sons for a spring break ski trip. Location is across street from Quicksilver lift- few minute walk. Excellent outdoor hot tub for the building was great. Excellent Mexican Restaurant and ski rental shop is on the ground floor of the building. Parked the car in the garage and didn't use it all week. Great stay in Breck.

We loved our stay! Cute little cozy condo for my anniversary! Fully stocked with so many things from seasonings to shampoo! Prefect location to everything ! Also , a BOMB Mexican spot, Mi Casa is on the bottom floor ! So we had dinner and happy hour there effortlessly!

Good location

Close to restaurants, shops. Pictures make it appear bigger than it is. The bed is upstairs in a loft. The property manager was very responsive and friendly.

So cute and convenient!

I love this little place! It was so easy to get anywhere. We were able park in the parking garage below the building and walk everywhere. Gorgeous views all day! Great for 2 people, 3-4 is gonna be tight. Nice little kitchen, it comes stocked with coffee and basics. I was even able to cook breakfast there. Loved it, would stay again and again

Cozy, well-decorated, and clean condo close to Main Street

This was the perfect sized condo for the two of us. We wanted to be close to Main Street to occasionally grab a bite to eat and enjoy the night life. It's also a short walk to the infamous Izak Heartstone artwork. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and well-stocked with coffee (and a couple of different ways to make the coffee), tea, salt, pepper (and a few things to eat as well), wine glasses, cookware, etc.--everything you need to take advantage of a kitchen for the times we didn't want to eat out. We didn't take advantage of the wood fireplace but I can see how that would be cozy in the winter. The balcony was just the right size for a glass of wine, a good book, some people-watching, and to view the nearby changing aspen. It was just a tad chilly out on the balcony so we draped our knees with one of the throws available in the condo--perfect!! We had a very enjoyable stay!! P.S. I would recommend this for folks who are very stable and fit. The stairs up to the loft could be a little hard to navigate if you don't feel like your balance is great. However, you can always use the foldout sofa on the main floor!

Breckenridge Stay

The unit was very nice. Condo was clean and well kept. Also well decorated. Close to downtown and all the shops/restaurants. We didn't use our car once while we stayed at the unit. The balcony looked over a stream and the water lulled us to sleep each night! We booked this unit based on the description that it was air-conditioned (it is not) and because it had a hot tub (it didn't work). Although we didn't really need the A/C because it cooled off at night, my wife has allergies that can be a problem if we have to leave the windows open. Julie and Jeremy were unaware that the listing on VRBO where we booked the unit indicated the unit was air-conditioned and said they would get if corrected immediately. They also acted very quickly when I made them aware that the hot tub was not working. The let me know as soon at the management company advised them that they were getting the hot tub repaired. The also contacted me to let me know the management company told them the hot tub was repaired but wouldn't be warm enough to use until later in the day the last day we were in the unit. We went down to use the hot tub later in the day but the sign was still on the access door to the hot tub indicating that the tub was still closed for repairs. We thought that perhaps they just forgot to take down the sign so we tried to get in but our access code no longer worked. We decided to give up on the hot tub.
