Bryan’s rental is absolutely fantastic! Super well stocked, with everything you need to dine in or head to the beach. Really appreciated all the beach equipment he has. Would definitely come stay again, and actually look forward to it.

Impromtu vacation

On a whim, I decided to take a vacation with the time I had between jobs. With a day of planning, my friend and I found this amazing fully stocked rental that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you want to be near. The symphony of tree frogs at night while rocking on the porch was our favorite evening activity. The communication was easy and great with the owner. The house was clean and comfy. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house

The owner very nice , very helpful. The house was in a great location. The beautiful beach it is only 5 minutes away. We can't wait to go back next summer. We enjoyed every minutes.

Our stay was great, the place was spacious and close to a beach that was never crowded. Bryan was ver responsive to any needs or questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a fun and easy getaway.

Perfect home away from home

I enjoyed every bit of my stay and highly recommend this home. Bryan was a delight to work with; he was incredibly responsive, courteous, and accommodating. I very much appreciate the amenities provided, which included a foot spa and hand held massager! Thank you for everything, Bryan. I look forward to my next visit.

Great place!!!

- Great location, close to the best beaches. (you need a rental car) - House has everything to cook your own meals. - Bryan is a great host, always available! - 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes available for use Just keep in mind that the 2 sofa beds are uncomfortable for adult/teenager, they work fine for children.

Lovely place

This home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It had everything that was needed and more. Brian was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so relaxing and decorated in such an island vibe and refreshing manner. The front porch was lovely with plants everywhere and local shell decor. I would stay here again!

A Great Host.

We had to cut our stay short, staying only 2 nights. Bryan is an excellent host and did many things to get the house ready for us to occupy. There is plenty of space in the house and everything worked well.

The property was great. You need a car so you can explore this beautiful island. Best equip kitchen I have ever had. Nice front porch to sit out on. Great grill and back patio. Super clean and all toiletries in bathrooms provided. Everything needed for the beach is provided! Bryan is a super host and always available if needed. I will definitely return …… the property made for a great holiday.

It was very spacious for the 3 in my family. Kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning was a welcoming refuge after our day in the sun, very quiet and private. The host, Bryan was very welcoming and accommodating. He provided bikes and beach chairs that were a pleasant bonus. We will definitely be back.

Convenient, Private, Economical

A group of us stayed at this house for a week. We made great use of the kitchen and porches. Appreciated the bikes, and the beach chairs that came with the property. Since we wanted to check out different beaches each day, it was convenient for us to stay here and drive to the different locations on the island. It was a great way to save some money in this otherwise expensive location.

Private getaway

The inside of the house is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and extremely well stocked. If you like to cook this is the place to stay! The surroundings in the front of the home is very nice with a comfortable porch to have a drink. All toiletries were available in abundance. Bryan was always available and answered any questions we had…an outstanding host. Will definitely return in the near future. Our stay here was the perfect holiday for our family….. many thanks to Bryan!

Nice restful and quiet spot... But a bit out of the way

I really enjoyed my quiet night and thought the inside of the place was fantastic... Shower was awesome as was how cool it was. Turks was in the midst of a heat wave... Only thing it was out of the way which if you have a rental is no problem but without a car it became a challenge...

Great space, super clean

We had an awesome time staying at Bryan’s rental property. The house was incredibly clean and Bryan thought of everything you might need. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, and the beach equipment was a huge plus. We really enjoyed having access to the front and back porches, and the plants around the property are all very nice. You definitely need a car for this property, but it was nice to be a little bit away from the crowded resort areas. Even still, nothing is ever too far away and getting around was easy. We would love to stay here again!

Very quiet area. Everything needed in unit is there. Bikes, beach towels, coolers and beach chairs are also provided. A rental car is recommended to get around. The owner Bryan is wonderful and responds quickly to any issues you may have. March 25 2023

Very pleasant stay

Christmas and new year period is the top season on the island and cost of the resorts are sky high. We are so happy to have found this place Bryan and his team provided as they put so much effort into managing the place. It is 5-star hotel level CLEAN with well stocked essentials. It is safe and at the BEST location on the island. Communication with Bryan is always easy and pleasant on WhatsApp. He is always professional, helpful and gave us guidance on what where when. I HIGHLY recommend his place for 4-5 people family or friends to stay. Wish Bryan a very prosperous new year!

Leeward Settlement

Over it was a great trip. Bryan was a great host and made it easy to locate the house with his instructions. The house was clean and the beds were good. I could tell that the house was in the process of being remodeled but that did not effect our stay. The main ac unit was not working but with the units in the bedroom working the main room was always comfortable. Kitchen had all cookware needed. And Bryan even brought us a toaster when we asked. This house is not fancy but it was nice and clean. Showers were great with enough hot water and good pressure. Over all we were pleased with our stay.
