The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This unit has tile throughout the common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a dedicated, covered parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.
