My husband and I spent the month of February with another couple. The house had two king suite rooms which worked very well. Would be great for two couple with children.We chose not to heat the pool because of the cool weather but a man showed up once a week to clean it. The location was great, close to Disney and Hwy 192 with lots eating and shopping options. The house was as pictured. It could use a little love and update a couple of things.

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING!

The owners were extremely kind and thoughtful. They were very professional and responsive any time we had to reach out. Property is very clean and the beds are new and comfortable. Everything was super convenient for us! There are tons of tasty restaurants and attractions just a few minutes away! I highly recommend this property and will come again for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The house is outdated but functional enough for the purpose, however my complaint about my stay was the miscommunication between the owners. They sent the cleaning lady to clean the day before we were to check out and our checkout day wasn’t until the next day by 10 am. This was very frustrating and inconvenient to myself and my family as I was called by one of the owners that I never communicated with from the start who kept telling me that my check out date was the 22nd not the 23rd of June. Luckily I had all of my receipts and communications on my booking and what we discussed. There is a tree also right in the walk way that you can’t avoid hitting you in the face as you enter the property that should be trimmed back or removed.

Beautiful home, amazing experience!

What a lovely home! The house is just a short drive from Disney World and Universal Studios. The home is very cozy and clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with supplies. The homeowner is very friendly and provided us with assistance whenever we needed it! We had a really great experience and we will definitely come back next year!

Great location if your planning on visiting Disney Parks or Universal

Location was very good. Far enough off of main roads in a private community yet close enough to 192 that everything is within reach (restaurants, WalMart, stores, etc). As a light sleeper the only thing that bothered me was the spring mattresses; every time my husband or I loved at night they squeaked. My family told me the same on the other beds. They were comfortable, but clearly old that they all made noise.

Great house

House was great is done upgrades that are needed to make it a more better stay. Communication with owner was great. Air have to stay on 74, showerheads down come or good. The house is close to everything we need which made it convenient.

Just a few miles from Disney. The property is a little dated some updating needs done. Nothing major but should done. We had a few minor things in the house I talked to the manager about them. Not fixed yet but it wasn't a major issue. There was 8 of us we enjoyed the pool and the house. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home

There were ants all over counter. 20 minutes after pizza arrived they were on the inside and outside of boxes. Needs to be deep cleaned. Overall a great location and a beautiful home, very spacious.

Clean and comfortable house with great location!

The location of this vacation home is perfect (literally 3 miles from Disney World theme park)! It’s also very close to terrific restaurants and attractions—a short drive to premium outlets, shopping malls and beaches. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house surpassed all of our expectations! The home was bright and cozy, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Every amenity we cared about was provided: televisions in every room with cable service and WiFi, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, and the rooms all had very comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed splashing in the pool after a long day in the park! The owner was so kind and friendly (this is the first time we rented a house instead of hotel rooms) and every time we reached out, all of our needs were addressed immediately and professionally. They truly made this stay a great experience for us! We will definitely come back the next time we come to Orlando!

Beautiful home, but disappointed in cleanliness.

House needs a thorough cleaning and updating. Ice maker does not work, no TV in one bedroom, remotes were missing and/or broken. Doors to all bedrooms, kitchen cabinets and outside of refrigerator were filthy. We checked in on Friday but could not use the pool until the following Thursday. The pool was leaking water and we were told to fill with water, watching the timer that needed reset every 2 hours. So much water was added that the chemicals were diluted and pool was dirty. Pool finally fixed on Thursday afternoon. We were reimbursed the cost of heating the pool.

Perfect for our needs

This home could use some updates but it was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living space was good. I contacted management about a small issue and heard back right away, so that's always a plus! Could also use some more outdoor seating since we had 6 people staying and only 4 chairs but again, that's such a small thing. I would recommend that the owners fix the driveway though before someone gets hurt. It is very broken and we tripped over it several times.

Family getaway

We couldn’t have been happier with this property and owner! We arrived in town almost a whole day earlier than expected and we were able to get into the house. Everything was clean and welcoming. The light in the pool wasn’t working but the property manager had it repaired in no time at all! This property is close to everything you need to enjoy a great family getaway! We will most certainly keep this property on our list for our next getaway!

House needs cleaned

The property needs deep cleaned and painted and some minor repairs done to enhance the home. 5 beds & 4 ba home was great for everyone. But Having dirty door jams, light switches, front door, wall edges were disgusting. . Magic eraser would work wonders. The oven was disgusting, microwave not cleaned. Cabinets were dirty inside & out. Floors made our socks filthy. I feel the house should be as clean as if I was staying in a hotel. I feel like dish soap should be supplied. Dedicated dish towels & dishcloths should also be supplied. Although we paid for a week of pool, we only used once. It was clean & warm. But why do you not cover with solar blanket to keep the heat in? Not too far from Disney. Still about 20 mins or so to get there. Homeowners get new cleaners & take some pride in the home you want to rent.

Excellent stay!!!

Our family of 10+, really enjoyed our stay! Susan was very accommodating and timely with responding to our needs. We thought the size of the house was perfect for our family. The pool was great! We were able to cook out meals in the very spacious kitchen . Lots of kitchen utensils and cookware to choose from. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were very comfortable. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Owners were very gracious

Our mistake on what day we were to check out. The owners allowed us to extend our stay one day, Thankfully. That said our first impression was not great. The home has great bones and the 5 bedroom set up was perfect for all of us. The pool was good enough for the kids and adults to cool off in. AC worked great and tile throughout worked good for a pool house. However the cleanliness of the walls, doors, baseboards left much to be desired. The bathrooms, kitchen countertops and beds were very clean. The house does show a lot of wear. The kitchen was not fully stocked and had a set of 8 of the cheapest quality silverware we have ever seen. I spoke to the Property Manager regarding the cleanliness who assured me the house was going to get a new coat of paint and a much needed "Deep Clean" August 2021. She was very responsive and helpful. In all it is a good house that could use a deep clean, complete kitchen utensil refresh and maybe a crock pot.

Located just 3 miles from Disney's main entrance in the peaceful Indian Creek community, Our Tree House provides a superior accommodation in the ideal location. This area is known as the preferred area for guest home rental near Disney, and within a short drive to other attractions including Universal Studio, Sea World, Discovery cove, Wet'n Wild. There is a large plaza comprised of nearly a dozen restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store located on the corner as you turn off of 192 to head back to your home.

This property was purchase to be used as our vacation home. It's so close to the Disney Parks when the children were younger we are able to take them home for lunch and after a nap we would go back to the park. My children enjoy going there.
However we decided to rent it when we’re not using it. It is our intention to keep this property in the best possible condition so that our family or anyone that uses it can enjoy it.
