Spacious 6-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms, with an ideal location 1 block from the ocean beach and 1 block from the bay beach which includes public tennis, basketball and playground. Great for all ages! Spacious bedrooms sleep up to 15 comfortably. Every amenity inside and outside. Watch the sunset from the 1st and 2nd floor decks with partial bay views. Gorgeous outdoor paver patio with a brick wood burning fireplace and large, built-in stainless grill, which are perfect after a day at the beach. 2 spacious outdoor showers. 5 bedrooms upstairs (3 open to a deck with sliders). Upstairs master suite includes full bath with double marble vanity and custom cabinets/mirrors. 2nd master on 1st floor next to full bath. Beautiful designer kitchen boasts new appliances, granite counter tops and large island with seating for four. Spacious dining area easily accommodates large groups. Custom built in cabinetry and wine rack in dining area opens up to kitchen and family room. Hard wood floors in main living areas. 2 Zone central air. Ample onsite parking. 6 houses to the beach. 2 short miles to the center of downtown Beach Haven, restaurants, night life, Bay Village shopping, Fantasy Island, water park, miniature golf and more. National Wildlife Refuge and 4-wheel drive beach area only .3 miles from home. A perfect location which offers the best of all worlds.
Please no prom or graduation celebrations as this is a family-oriented neighborhood. 9 seasonal township beach badges will be provided for use.
Three security cameras are located on the premises. One is located beyond the front porch to view the street in front of the house. A second camera is located on the side of the house to view the other street. A third camera is located in an alley way behind the house. All cameras have lights. The location of these cameras will not affect the privacy of the guests at this beach house. Guests can gather freely on the front porch and in the patio area with privacy.

Incredible property and delightful host

The house was perfect for our annual shore trip with a crew of 7 adults and 6 kids under 9. The quick walks to the beautiful beach and bay were dreamy, and coming back to the loveliest house was such a treat. This home has been thoughtfully cared for and well-equipped for guests (we especially enjoyed the massive dining table, sweet front porch, fireplace and 2 outdoor showers for lots of quality family time! Diane was genuinely so kind, responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Spacious, well-equipped home in Holgate

Excellent place to stay in Holgate. Great for beach time; it’s one block away and has two convenient outdoor showers. Comfortable and well-appointed common spaces. Kitchen has all modern appliances and is very spacious. Bathrooms are up to date and perfectly clean.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for our extended family. We loved spending time in the patio area with the grill and fireplace. It was situated in a great location, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely comeback.

The house was perfect. Just as described the writeup, but even more. Beautifully decorated with updated modern kitchen. Rooms spacious and the layout is perfect with 4 upstairs bedrooms and 1 downstairs. We had 10 people staying and never felt crowded. There is plenty of parking and the location is both out of the way and quiet, yet within a few minutes drive you are in the heart of Beach Haven in LBI, with all its restaurants and things to do. As for the beach, it is just a short walk. The beach entrance right by the house leads to a part of the beach that is not so wide, but just a block or 2 down the beach expands. Would go back here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful LBI Vacation!

We had a wonderful LBI vacation week! The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! Great open concept living area! The owner was super responsive and helpful. Location was so convenient, with a short walk to the beach and bay…there was even a cute playground for kids on the sand! Short drive to all of the restaurants and parks! Couldn’t have asked for better!!

Family reunion

great house for family reunion with just-the-right kitchen— well-outfitted to cook for lots of hungry people. A block 1/2 from the beach and also near the bay. Well kept and comfortable. Very helpful host. Great for large-ish families, especially ones with more adults than kids, who need their own space. Walk to ice cream and an easy drive to Fantasy Island and other restaurants.

The property owner made it hard for us to feel like we were welcome and on vacation. Bed sheets and towels are not included with rental. Bring your own or rent. Same with baby furniture. Same with beach umbrella or extra beach chairs.(There were two chairs at house). WiFi was broken when we showed up.(Although it got fixed next day).No hair dryer or box of Kleenex or back- up roll of toilet paper.

Thank you for your review of my home. It is unfortunate that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, as your sister told me that my home was beautiful. My renters are always provided with my best to ensure that they are comfortable while in my home and may contact me at any time with questions or concerns. Upon your arrival the basic items, such as toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap at each sink, paper towels in the kitchen, plastic garbage bag in the garbage can, pods for the dishwasher, a bottle of dish soap for dishes, kitchen dish towels, and additional cleaning items under the kitchen sink cabinet are provided to ensure renters are comfortable upon arrival. After these items have been exhausted, it is the renter’s responsibility to provide these items for themselves. The items you listed in your review such as, baby furniture, beach chairs/umbrellas, linens, hair dryer, additional toilet paper, and boxes of Kleenex, are not amenities I offer and were not listed in my home’s description. However, places were provided where these items could be rented. I even generated an invoice from a local rental business to meet your needs, and this invoice was emailed to you. Regarding the WiFi connection, I was unaware that it was unavailable as previous renters had not contacted me about it being out of service. As soon as I was contacted on Sunday at 8:15PM by your sister, I spent over an hour on the phone with the WiFi provider trying to establish service. As it was not possible to restore service virtually, a technician was at the home the next morning. At this time, service was established by fixing an internal problem and available to you at 10:00AM. A Gentle Reminder: Prior to your stay, a full refund was offered to you as my home did not appear to meet your expectations. You decided to decline my offer.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was perfect for our family that included 9 adults and one toddler. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils , plates and just about anything else we needed. Extra comfy blankets were in every closet. It was close enough to walk to the ice cream shop which was a nightly event for my adult children. We loved walking to the beach that was just a few houses away. Diane answered all questions when I texted her. What a great way to end the summer!

Just Fabulous!!

This house is the best! The layout is great with one bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs!! The house is well stocked with anything you could possibly need… pots, pans, lots of nice mugs, dishes, wine glasses, oven mitts, extra blankets, pillows, etc. There is also a beautiful backyard with a fireplace and grill. The house is updated and decorated so nicely. (My hubby wants to go buy the thermostats you guys have for our house) The owners were so nice and very responsive to any questions/requests I had. This house was perfect for a rehearsal dinner I had for my daughters wedding. Can’t say enough about this great house👍👏.

Wonderful birthday weekend.

I needed to book a home with lots of room and lots of bedrooms. This home was the answer to both requests. Six bedrooms and three full baths! There was more than enough living space in and outside that we were not on top of each other. The outdoor kitchen with grill and fire place was more than used. Enough seating for everyone. Big, bright, beautifully modern. It was a magnificent home for a magnificent weekend. Add this to your lists of must stays.

THE BEST RENTAL EVER!

No words can describe how fabulous this house is. We have rented numerous nice properties over the last decade but nothing could compare to this one. The house is gorgeous, location unbeatable, (steps to both ocean and bay) owner incredibly helpful in every way. Everything from state of the art appliances, etc. was there. Our family has rented vacation properties from NY to CA and even one year in Paris. Every one of us (3 generations) said THIS WAS THE BEST! We send a big Thank you for this fabulous vacation experience!

The perfect setting for our family vacation

The house exceeded our expectations! The location is a short walk to the beach and the bay. Bay Village shops and restaurants are a quick drive. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals, and the layout accommodated our multi-generational group well. We enjoyed the rocking furniture on the front porch, and making s’mores in the outdoor fire pit. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Thank you for a great family beach vacation!

Fabulous!

Our family vacation was absolutely perfect! Not only was this beach house beautifully decorated, it was well equipped, plenty of space (inside and out), easy access to everything, yet in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic. We loved spending time relaxing on the porch and grilling on the patio! Hosts were very friendly and always responded quickly with any information. Communication was great! We are planning our next trip already! I would highly recommend!

Annual summer vacation with friends

We had a great time here! House very accommodating and comfortable! Access to beach fantastic!! Very quiet beautiful neighborhood. A passerby told us he loves the house and he has stayed there before! Brian and Diane were pleasant and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this house!

Great Summer Getaway!

The house was absolutely lovely! Everything was just as nice as it looked in pictures. The kitchen had all of the tools and pots/pans that we needed for our stay, and the outdoor space was great for making s'mores! The walk to the beach took two minutes, and the beach was NOT crowded AT ALL!!! The one suggestion I have for the owner is to put blackout shades and/or curtains in the bedrooms, since the sun rises so early and there are a lot of windows (which is great during the day!). Other than that, the house was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to answer my questions and very nice. I would stay at his property again in a heartbeat!
