Gorgeous, professionally decorated, turn-key, 2nd floor 1787 sq ft Coach House with two car attached garage in the private, gated Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club community. Located at 150-yard mark of Hole #1, walking distance to completely renovated club house, pickleball and heated pools. This property is an end unit and very private. It is not located in a crowded condominium complex.

Beautiful updated kitchen with new appliances, cold filtered water and completely stocked cabinets with cookware, plates, utensils, dishes and glasses. Spacious walk-in shower and double sinks in master bath. Washer and dryer, 4 flat screen televisions and ceiling fans throughout. Dining table with seating for 6. For you beach goers, there are Margaritaville beach chairs, umbrella, towels, large wheelie cooler,multiple small coolers, and beach wagon. Private lanai with seating for 6 overlooks the spectacularly maintained golf course and beautiful landscape.

Escape those winter blues to this golfer and pickleballer's paradise in North Naples!
Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club (www.cypresswoodsgolf.com) amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, Putting Green, Aqua Driving Range, Fitness Center, Clubhouse Pools & Hot Tub, Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce Courts. Membership transfer fee is $500. Many reciprocal golf courses available May - October.

The house is 20 minutes from beautiful downtown Fifth Avenue Naples, several nearby beaches and attractions including Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Naples Zoo, Mercado, Vanderbilt Beach, and casino. Tons of popular stores and hundreds of restaurants, and so much more!

**** CYPRESS WOODS will be re-doing their golf course April 2026 - December 2026 and the course will be closed. There will be reciprocal golf courses available ****

Loved the accommodations!

Everything was perfect - house, club facilities and location. Would definitely book again. Shannon was great to work with - if we had a question she answered right away. Community members were very friendly, husband loved the golf course!

Great Naples rental

Everything was terrific. 3 bedrooms, spacious condo with 2 car garage. Excellent pool, clubhouse and golf course. Proximity to I75 and Immokalee Rd made it convenient to get to beaches in Naples an Bonita Beach. 👍😀

Lovely!

Golf, sun & activities made staying in this well appointed coach house a great visit! Shannon makes sure her quests are well taken care of. Home is comfortable. Location is perfect. We hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cypress Woods. Our carriage house was clean and well stocked. Shannon was amazing! She answered any questions promptly. Having pickleball and golf on-sight was a win-win. Already looking forward to 2025!

The best support and attention to detail I have ever experienced

The entire experience was amazing. Cypress is wonderful, and the house is even better. The attention to details, such as emergency consumer items, is fantastic. In the garage, you can find beach items and bikes for a great experience. It's very nice to ride the bikes to the aqua range or on the trail. It was the best support and attention I have experienced on all my trips so far. We enjoyed every minute.

We are a family of 5 from Maryland and absolutely love spending time in Naples. My parents are snow birds and live in the community.

Cypress Woods is very quiet and the people are very friendly. We feel safe here. It is a private club with reasonable golf rates and beautiful amenities. There are activities and club events for non golfers. We also enjoy the miles of paved sidewalks for biking or walking in the community.

この宿泊施設の特徴

My home is fully decorated, very clean and feels extremely comfortable the moment you walk in. Whether you're a family of 2 or 7, you will be comfortable here. It is an end unit so it feels very private when you walk out the door. The bedrooms are spaced out with plenty of closet space. Televisions are in each bedroom. The second story lanai is partially shaded and private due to two trees (see photos) and it's a perfect location to watch golfers hit onto the first fairway. The home is at the 150 yard marker so most balls land within eyesight from the lanai. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of granite counter space and all the amenities to feel at home.
