The Historic Coquina Cottages C is 2 Blocks to the Beach, 5th Avenue and 3rd St.

This is one of five quaint rental opportunities on a magnificently rebuilt Old Naples Coquina Cottage Estate c.1920's. Located two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South have to offer. Cottage C is a charming stand-alone cottage with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area, a full kitchen, a remodeled bathroom, a private bricked patio, and an outdoor seating arrangement with an umbrella. Parking on the property for one car. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided—the best.

**Construction has been going on across the street from us for the past 8 years. The past two seasons has been the most active and the loudest. I wondered, 'What to do when living near a construction site?' The answer was using noise machines and earplugs. I stocked them and lowered the nightly price. I use the VRBO Market Price Tool to set the nightly price.

This season, the construction has been focused on the finish work on the outside. The windows are in, the roof is on - but, as I am not in control or in the know, I am not ready to take away the warning.

Great little cottage

Loved our stay. Spent a week with my husband in the cottage and it had everything we needed. Shortn walk to beach, to 7-eleven for basic staples, Tin City for good and reasonable priced food on the water.

The cottage was charming,extremely clean and well equipped. The short walk to a gorgeous beach and to town make this property ideal. It was so lovely we chose to cook and eat in. There was a 24/7 hum from a large generator at a construction site across the street but the owner extended a discount to compensate for any detractor. I’m so happy that we discovered this gem and hope to come back soon.

Loved the patio

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there is a hotel under construction across the street. The noise was annoying. Otherwise a cute and comfortable cottage in what would normally be a great location.

Enjoyed a wonderful week in Historic Cottage C, a charming cottage with a beautifully designed interior with everything one could need. Walking into old Naples, and only minutes to the pier and beach, the location is perfect. Perhaps it's because of the later stage of construction across the street, but for me is was a non-issue, barely aware of it outside and completely quiet in the cottage. This place is a gem. And the host, Kate, is helpful and responsive. You will love your time in this beautiful part of Naples.

My mother, sister, and many others watched this pristine property shine under the previous owner. It is two blocks from the Naples Pier on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and two blocks from downtown, filled with art, culture, unique shops, and restaurants. What is not to love?

The Main House and Upstairs Retreat can be rented together or separately. The Cottages are so sweet! Rent the whole property or just one and you will be floored by the location to the beach and Old Naples as well as the Monarchs that flutter by.
