This quaint home is right where you need it to be!! Recently restored 3 bedroom/1 bath in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Cartersville. Fully stocked kitchen opens to dining room. Also enjoy dining outside on the patio at back of the house. Family room is large enough to hang out to chat or watch TV. Walk to the local hotspots in dining, entertainment and shopping. Only minutes away to Hwy 41, Hwy 75 and 6 miles to Lake Pointe Sports Complex in Emerson.

The home is very cozy, truly like a home away from home, conveniently located to everything - shopping and restaurants, with easy access to the quaint Cartersville downtown area and museums. Overall just a great place to stay. The Host was very pleasant to communicate with also!

Awesome!!!

Nice clean updated house located only minutes from everything we needed. In town for baseball tournament and was only minutes away. We walked to downtown and had food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. We will be back in a couple weeks for another tournament.

Great property and excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location if you are playing at Lakepoint, 10 minute drive to the baseball fields. It was me and my three children, ages 9-15, for this trip. We loved the proximity to downtown Cartersville. Enjoyed Ross’ Diner for lunch one day and enjoyed dinner at Jefferson’s one night. We also ate at some chain places that were close by, Texas Roadhouse and Chicken Salad Chik to name a couple. There is a Target and a Walmart close by. We did a grocery pickup on our first day at Walmart and it was smooth and easy. Property is well kept and kitchen had everything you would need. We felt safe with the location, and the owner quickly responded to any message I sent. If we come back to this area for anything, I hope we are able to book this place again.

Convenient location

Easy access to historic downtown restaurants as well as shopping. We were there for grandson playing in a baseball tournament at LakePoint Sports Complex, easily accessed via 293 or US41. My only observance is the bathroom is somewhat cramped for normal sized guys. Doable, but cramped.

Great Property

This property served us well for our needs during baseball tournament at Lake Point Sports. Great Location, very clean, convevient location to Lake Point as well as restaurants. Check in and out was great! I highly recommend this location for your stay while in Cartersville area.

Perfect location

Precious cottage in the heart of Cartersville. Very Convenient to Lakepoint Sports complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Cartersville Train Town

Property was clean and well stocked with essentials. Was close to town. David was quick to respond to any texts, and very nice. Our only complaint was that freight trains barrel through Cartersville all night and blast their whistles as they pass … it kept us awake every night. Hopefully Cartersville and train line can pass their ruling on banning the whistles at night … fingers crossed.

Cute & Cozy Home

My first Vrbo rental! This was an awesome find and we highly recommend it! Close to everything. Great for volleyball tourney (or any sports event) at LakePoint! David is a great and responsive host! Will be back!
