While the unit does not offer an ocean view or balcony, you’ll love the unbeatable location and thoughtful comforts that make it ideal for a memorable family vacation.

The condo features brand-new living room furniture and a sparkling clean interior designed for relaxation. The primary bedroom includes a new king-size bed and stylish furnishings, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.

You’ll also enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer inside the unit, so packing light is a breeze. The building includes access to a community pool that the whole family can enjoy after a day at the beach.

Location, location, location

The condo was the cleanest of any of our previous rentals. The host was very gracious and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The location is terrific with a great beach and easy walking distances to many very good restaurants. Tony let us know there is no ocean view even though it is listed.

Best Stay in Cocoa Beach

By far the best month in Cocoa Beach that we have experienced in our 4 years of renting there. The condo was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. All amenities have been thought of. Tony was so pleasant to deal with. He responds quickly to questions and accommodates your requests. Year round residents in the complex are welcoming and friendly. Beach is beautiful. Unit is conveniently located with an easy walk to restaurants, Library, Post Office etc. A true winner!
