This is an 1150 square foot condo home. This home is located at 333 N Atlantic Ave & is on the 2nd floor. Unit is steps away from the ocean. There are tons of local restaurants and bars, with plenty of fun things to do in the area.
This home is a perfect spot for your intimate family getaway. Check out the world's largest surf shop, Ron Jons, and other area attractions. Just an hour drive from the Orlando theme parks.
The unit has a brand new washer and dryer and has brand new living room furniture furniture. The unit is impeccably clean with a new King size bed and new furniture in the Master Bedroom & Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. Guest bedroom also has a bunkbed for children or extra guests.
Building is ocean front and steps to the ocean. The unit does not have an ocean view. Building also has a pool that the family can enjoy.
