Perfect beach house location!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love coming to Carlsbad and this house was perfect for my family and I. It was so close to the beach and a nice little walk over to town. Rick was a great host and we will definitely come back!

property was across street from beach plenty of beach toys, chairs & towels walkable to restaurants in Carlsbad village Rick, the owner, communicated great from initial booking to when we checked out!!

Awesome!

This house was everything my family and I had hoped for. Spacious home with amazing views! We enjoyed the beach everyday and then walked to the village in the evening to some amazing restaurants. Rick, our host, was easily to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend the stay!

Perfect Spot for family reunions

Recently celebrated long overdue family reunion The rental was the perfect spot for this event Very well set up for the gathering with amazing views of the Pacific and beach right across the street. Kitchen/great room worked out great for entertaining and easy access / walk to Carlsbad village. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking needs and 2 great refrigerators . All age groups really enjoyed the property including the nice space in back with hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Plenty of toys for beach . Rick is very helpful with any questions Rob L

Fully private, secure home with gated entrance. PRIME LOCATION! Light and bright, BRAND NEW, fully renovated, endless amenities for the perfect getaway! We spared no expense in updating this home to feature modern fixtures, stunning windows and floor to ceiling oceanfront views. Each room has it's own AC/Heating unit for high humidity days. Parking for 3 cars on driveway, gated entrance, private backyard and walking distance to Carlsbad Village! Private garage for storing toys!

Ocean front and steps from the beach. Fully modern, large and totally finished backyard with every amenity you dream of in a vacation property! Large fountain sound in backyard makes sleeping so peaceful!
