Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Point of View Cottage is a stone's throw away from the Cabana Pool and all the amenities of the Town Center.

This standalone house has two private king bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bath, and a half bath downstairs. It is located right on the boardwalk that leads directly to 2500 feet of glorious white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico about 400 yards away The house is also perfectly situated next to the cabana pool and a gated playground. The house has driveway parking for two cars!

For your comfort, the primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath and balcony. The other bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath. Each bedroom has its own 40” flat screen Roku TV. The living area has a full sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and conveniences to assure your cooking pleasure. Porches off the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs living area provide a comfortable setting for soaking in the beautiful scenery. In addition, there is a private patio off the kitchen with a gas grill and eating area to cook and enjoy a steak or freshly-caught fish. There's also an outdoor shower on to wash all the sand off!

The Rosemary Beach Community has a total of four pools (one indoor and heated for cooler temperatures), tennis courts, and a gym with a weight room. First-class restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Additionally, there are five golf courses within 20 miles of the house. We have 4 adult bicycles for you to enjoy the 30-A bicycle trail which connects the nearby coastal communities of Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach. In addition, we have a wagon to tote all your beach gear to the beach.

Family spring break

We had a great stay! House was clean and nice. It is a 2 bedroom but fit our family of 5 nicely! The chairs and wagon and bikes were so great! Also beach towels and some beach toys were provided! You don't realize how nice it is to have that! There were also things like salt and pepper and light bulbs and coffee filters, it truly is the small stuff...having those items available was just an extra added bonus to an already great stay! Also it was a great location with an easy walk straight to the beach!

Great Cottage in Heart of Rosemary Beach

Our stay was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but worked out fine for our family of 3 adults and 2 small children. We were able to cook what we wanted with the pots and bowls, etc. supplied. The Cabana Pool is only about 1 1/2 blocks away as is the town center. The beach is a little farther but the bikes and wagon made the trip easy. There are 3 adult bikes which saved us on rentals. The overall pricing of the cottage was a plus. If we travel with the same family members next year, we will definitely book again.

Great Location and Very Clean

Comes with bikes, easy check-in, very clean, and great location. We showed up early with bags and the rental group for Rosemary is steps away. They stored our bags for us and gave us beach access fobs. Cant wait to come back next year.

Perfect beach getaway for a young family of four!

Our family absolutely loved this small cottage within a 5-7 minute walk of the beach! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. The house had a wagon with toys for kids that we took daily to the beach, and it also came with beach chairs and an umbrella! The place was very clean and well stocked. The furnishings in the house are a bit dated and well-worn, and the inside and outside would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, but those are the only minor complaints we had. Otherwise, this house is the perfect place to stay for a couple with two small kids.

Late Summer 2022

Perfect size for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms meant children shared a king size bed which wasn't an issue. Didn't use the pull out sofa, but that could have been an option. Location is great and near restaurants and shops, easy boardwalk straight to the beach with umbrellas/chair rented towards the west end of Rosemary. 2 pools are close by and worked well. Downstairs A/C was not great, but it was very hot that week. Property manager responded quickly to any issues we had and probably would've helped with the HVAC had we called.

Would not recommend

The location was great, however this property is nothing as we had seen in viewing the pictures before booking. The living room furniture was extremely dirty with stains along with the living room rug. My baby kept finding dirt on the floor. It was not cleaned well at all. There were two beach chairs, which were extremely old and rusty. There also were workers next door hammering and making loud noises very early in the mornings and it lasted throughout the day. For what we paid for this place we were EXTREMELY disappointed and we would not come back or recommend this rental to anyone.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and just loved it! So clean, extra amenities were nice like the bikes right outside the front door for us to use, close to restaurants and the beach! We did not use a car once and loved the laid back stay at Rosemary Beach. We will be back!

We had a wonderful week in our favorite beach town. This little house has everything you need. Great parking and the girls thought the outdoor shower was so much fun!

GREAT PRE TURKEY DAY TRIP?

The unit was very clean and we really enjoyed it. It feels so much bigger for a 2 BR unit since the bedrooms are upstairs and also a half bath downstairs. The sofa is very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Amazing anniversary trip to Rosemary Beach

This was our first time to Rosemary Beach, actually before the trip we had never heard of Rosemary Beach! A friend told me about it while trying to plan our 5 year anniversary trip and so glad she did! Leigh’s cottage was an amazing find! Most the rentals are cottage houses behind or next to another home. This home is a two story freestanding home in the heart of rosemary! The town is picturesque! The home is perfect for a couple or even a couple w a small child! Leigh has the place stocked with everything you would need and that’s a huge bonus when you are flying! From beach chairs, towels, bikes, swim toys etc. it’s awesome you don’t have to worry about renting or packing extra! You are steps away from the most beautiful beach I’ve seen, pools, playground, shops and restaurants! We loved that we did not have to rent a car and could still check out the area by foot or bike! An Uber ride to Publix for that we couldn’t get close By was only 10 bucks. We loved Amavida coffee shop which was basically right outside the door! The deck off the bedroom was the perfect place to enjoy your coffee! Netflix access was a huge bonus! Leigh was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone and we are grateful to have found it! Thank you, Leigh for making our anniversary trip amazing! We will be back for sure!!!

Perfect for a girlfriends weekend!

We loved staying at this property. It was super clean; had plenty of outdoor seating options; an awesome grill; and was in the perfect location! The air conditioning was great; the huge washer & dryer helped us dry wet towels; and having private baths with each room was fantastic! We cooked multiple meals, enjoyed the nearby pool, and all of the beach things (e.g., chairs & umbrella) that came with the house. Netflix access was a huge bonus! Rosemary beach was amazing & this was our first time! We will be back!

Perfect cottage in heart of Rosemary

This property was the perfect fit for us! My wife and I went with our 6 month old daughter and another couple and we just loved it. Rosemary is a special place and this cottage was in a great spot close to Barrett Square, the cabana pool and with easy beach access. It was clean, tidy and cool when you needed a break from the sun. The bikes included in the stay were in great shape as was the wagon and all the extra beach gear (umbrellas, etc.). Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

Really comfortable home, great location

My wife and I were here for a week with our 3 year old son. It was the perfect location, very close to a large pool and really just a short walk to the beach. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with spotless appliances, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans were very clean (always a roll of the dice with many rentals). It was cozy, quiet and peaceful. My wife who normally isn't a huge fan of the beach was able to relax and ended up really enjoying herself thanks in part to the house and the short strolls for pizza, ice cream, donuts, fine dining, really anything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again, it was a great vacation thanks to this home.

Loved the cottage! Exactly what we were hoping for, and we are definitely thinking about renting again. One suggestion though. We think you should replace the beds, for two reasons: 1) I don't know if it's the mattresses or the frames, but they are extremely loud. If anyone wants to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole house gets to hear about it. And, 2) The ultra-soft pillow tops are very bad for anyone with a bad back. None of us had one during this trip, but I've experienced that before. A medium-soft normal mattress surface is best, and I can imagine an older couple renting this cottage. That's it! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Best vacation ever!

My family of 3 took a mini vacation and found this adorable cottage. I have never experienced anything so beautiful.To getting there and everything is at your finger tips. Best location. I couldn’t hear a thing it is so quiet. We actually never ventured out past rosemary beach because we wanted to stay and sit outside on the porch or walk to Barret Square. We have literally never stayed some where so relaxing. It was the most adorable cottage we have ever stayed in. Plus the owners are so attentive to exactly what you need. I didn’t have to pack extra essentials. They even have extra! I was pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a getaway with a small family then you have found your place! The owners are fantastic. They are so detailed in everything i never had to ask them one question. And the cottage is above and beyond clean! And we even packed a boogie board and noodles and they even had those!!! So i cannot stress enough the most relaxing trip. We wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely plan on coming back here! You will not be disappointed!!!
