オールシーズンズコレクション30Aは、ローズマリービーチの町だけに位置する別荘のコレクションの一部として、この典型的なローズマリースタイルのコテージを提供しています。
この魅力的で居心地の良いコテージは、カバナプールと遊び場から角を曲がった雄大な並木道にあり、町の中心部やビーチへも歩いてすぐの場所にあります。
心地よいフロントエントリポーチは、4つのアディロンダックスタイルの椅子の1つで外でリラックスし、壮大な夕日を眺める前後に、最初の朝のコーヒーやお気に入りの夜の飲み物を楽しみます。
このオープンフロアプラン。キッチン、ダイニング、リビングスペースは、友人や家族の時間を充実させ、永遠の思い出を作るのに最適です。 さらに、このフロアには、特別な小説を読んでリラックスしたい子供や他の人のためのフルバスと独立したボーナスルームがあります。 ランドリールームは便利なこの階にあります。
2階にはキングサイズのマスターベッドルームが2つあり、どちらも快適な座席を備えた正面の屋外バルコニーにアクセスできます。 2段ベッドもあり、若い人に最適です。
屋外のガスグリルは、家の裏側の出口ドアのすぐ外側にあり、2つの専用駐車スペースがあります。 利便性のために、この家には4つの自転車と、各マスターベッドルーム、ボーナスルーム、メインリビングエリアに合計4台のテレビがあります。

Cheryl was an amazing owner to work with! Check in process was super easy and everything was exactly as communicated prior to our arrival! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay for the week! The house was exactly as described and the location was perfect! A short walk to town in about a seven to 10 minute walk to the beach! This is a great neighborhood and very quiet!

Spring Vacation

Fabulous house! Perfect for two couples and a few kids. House was located for easy access to Rosemary Village and the Seacrest area. Bikes provided as well as a wagon to carry items to the beach.

Amazing home!

Such a beautiful and clean home! Traveled with my husband and one year old daughter and it was perfect! Awesome location to the Cabana pool and playground. And the beach is an easy walk! Highly recommend and will stay again!

Beautiful house with a great layout

Had a fantastic time here with our two young children. The house had everything we needed and the layout was fun and functional, with beautiful features (even better than the pictures!). We spent a lot of time just sitting on the porches, and enjoyed the short walk to the Cabana pool and beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great fall break

The house was well equipped with bikes, a couple beach chairs, a beach umbrella & wagon, and basic kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was great - easy walk to the beach, but not on the water. Neighborhood pool is 2 minutes outside the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

The most lovely spot for a girl’s weekend getaway

Beautiful home stocked with everything you need. Perfect for friends, couples or families. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet & cute as a button. We did not need a car as everything we needed was within walking distance. Everyone in town was so nice & welcoming, the beach was beautiful. Would love to return for another visit.

Very Nice Home

I enjoyed this house very much while catching up with girlfriends from MN. They had never seen Rosemary and this was a perfect example of what I love about the area. Centrally located to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The house was decorated very well and everything was extremely comfortable. Thank you for the awesome rental!

Truly WONDERFUL!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was the perfect location, it was easily accessible, and we enjoyed the inside of the house as much as we enjoyed the outside (porches and seating areas). Perfect vacation

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family of 4!! Our kids especially loved the separate room/den area with tv so they could escape sometimes. It even had a trundle bed in it so they could relax while watching:). The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and the decor was elegant, comfortable and beautiful all at the same time. The property manager was a delight to work with and we can’t wait to come back!

Ironman Race Weekend

This house was awesome! The location was great. Easy walk to downtown Rosemary and the beach and if you didn't feel like walking there were 4 bikes. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on all the porches. A fun family weekend to support my son who ran the Ironman triathlon in Panama City! Definitely would come back to stay at this house, again.
