Xanadu I B4 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo rental is conveniently located just a few minutes away from several of the tourists' most favorite vacation spots to dine, shop, and enjoy spectacular entertainment at several popular venues.

Xanadu I B4 vacation condo rental has three cheerfully decorated bedrooms, three baths, and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom. There is a TV and ceiling fan in each bedroom. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, 3 DVD players, and basic cable TV. There is a living and dining area with the perfect oceanfront balcony view and breeze, compliments of the endless Atlantic shoreline. There is no carpet in this condo; all tile and flooring. Xanadu I B4 is on the 4th floor. Xanadu I has an elevator (please note that you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to elevator!), an outdoor pool, outside shower, and a bike rack. This non-smoking condo rental does not allow pets and motorcycles are not allowed on the property. There is on-site parking with 2 parking passes.

Take a peaceful stroll along the enormous Atlantic while you watch the brilliant sun welcome you into a new day. The tranquility of the quiet setting sun is a sight and memory of your vacation that will last forever. Bask in the sun by the pool or relax by the ocean as you put your toes in the sand and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing along the shoreline. Your balcony will be the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage and take in that beautiful view.

Enjoy a day out on the ocean while deep sea fishing or even have an adventure as you parasail along the Atlantic. There are so many activities available to you on the Grand Strand, it will be hard to decide on what to do. Family Kingdom, Wonder Works, Skywheel, The Grand Prix, and Alligator Adventure are just a few enjoyable family activities. Dine and shop at the popular Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing where you can find some of the most remarkable vacation keepsakes at one of their specialty shops. Pirates Voyage, The Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, and The House of Blues are a few venues that are sure to keep you entertained. Miniature golfing is a popular tourist attraction as well as playing a round of golf at one of the hundred golf courses found in the Golf Capital of the World. Enjoy a day of fishing, parasailing, or taking a ride along with the dolphins. Whatever suits your fancy, you'll find it on the Grand Strand.

Perfect place for a getaway

The place was perfect and exactly as listed. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax away from the crowds of Myrtle Beach this is it. On site parking was also a major plus.

Sounds of the ocean

Had a great stay. Fell asleep to the ocean sounds every night. Plenty of room for all of us and the beach is great there.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Had enough space for our group to feel comfortable. The condo was in great shape. Great view of the beach, quick walk. The pool was very refreshing after a long day at the beach. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach!

We’ll Be Back

We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very convenient location. Close to shopping, restaurants and other beaches. So nice to walk right onto the beach. Little traffic, friendly and quiet. Highly recommend.

Amazing

Took my daughter for spring break, wanted a less busy, family atmosphere and it was the perfect place!! Very quiet area and exceeded all our hopes. Nice size condo with a beautiful view. Everything you need is there and if not it was very close by. Look forward to staying here again!!!

Great stay

Everthing was great. The only thing that I can encourage for improvement would be cleaning the pillows and mattress pads more frequently. And adding a Keurig coffee maker, but that's more of a personal preference.

Right on the beach. Building has an elevator. 4th floor. Great views. Was quiet when we stayed. Can shut daytime beach noise out with closed windows. Can get ocean noise at night with windows open. Would stay here again.

Great condo at a great price!

The inside of the unit is exactly as it appears. We really liked the theme. Overall it's in great shape and everything worked. Only minor issues: toilet in the master bath keeps running. Vertical Blinds in living room missing some slats. Front Storm door is broken. Blinds in door from master bed to balcony are broken. These are all very minor issues. Rent this unit if it's available. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Property was good, decorations were really cute, very beachy. Condo could use some updating, but for the price I felt like it was a good value for the accommodations. A couple things that were not so good is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn't have a high setting, only low and the condo AC can't be set below 72. We had to go get a box fan to run at night to pull cold air into the master to keep the temp comfortable. The beds are very stiff, I did not find them comfortable at all and the kids complained as well, I guess they are good if you need a very firm sleeping surface. The only other negative was that the folks in the condo below us were balcony chain smokers which really ruined our experience sitting outside and relaxing on the balcony. Else I did like the condo and the location, beach was fantastic and all in all a good stay.

Great condo for the price

Condo was spacious and mostly clean (aside from a small amount of sand in laundry room). The mattresses were absolutely horrible though. Many restless nights for all. They are extremely firm basic spring mattresses, that improvement alone would have given a 5 star rating. The AC is not to be set below 72 which being a bigger guy, I found uncomfortable. The master bedroom stays a few degrees warmer than the rest of the condo, and the ceiling fan in this room should be replaced (seems to have no high setting, and is in the warmest room in the condo). The dryer also took 2 cycles to dry even a small load of laundry, I think the exhaust vent could use a good cleaning. Those are the only cons we found…that being said, this condo is well worth the money. Clean, decorated nicely, and in a quiet building. Easy access to the beach and a nice little pool that we were the only ones using. If you are looking for a condo a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend this condo. Very good for families. The pros far outweigh the cons. We will be booking this condo for future trips to north Myrtle beach!

Weekend stay

We had a family event come up and wanted to stay as close to the beach as possible. We loved that we were able to enjoy the ocean seen from the balcony without alot of people in the way. The condo was bigger then expected and we felt very comfortable with all the room available. There is an elevator which we loved due to being on the 4th floor. It saved alot of leg work and heavy lifting. The condo was very clean and accommodated to all our needed. We enjoyed our little get away from up north.

not cleaned.

I loved the location! However this rental was not cleaned, other then the sheets. My girls bedroom bathroom was dirty and had trash under the bed. When I called the office, they said that they would have come out and they never showed up. I was very disappointed with the cleaning issue. But the view and location was amazing.

Relaxing week

The condo and neighborhood was quiet and clean. The condo is very spacious and 3 bathrooms really helped when getting ready to go to an event.

Continuous problems.

Toilet broke which was a pretty quick fix that I fixed myself. Went 2 days and couldn’t not bathe the kids in the old tub there due to it only showering, Screen door only opened 2 ft and would hit the floor and couldn’t be opened any further. Dryer vent would not vent properly and clothes had lent all on them. Fire alarm went off in the youngest child’s room she was sleeping in one night and another alarm went off in the other kids room and we couldn’t find out what that problem was coming from. Place was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival and there was food, chips, trash, etc in closets and under furniture. And was only given a 104 dollar refund.
