You have taken the first steps in booking your perfect PCB vacation. Experience the marvelous views from our our cozy east corner unit floor to ceiling windows and private balcony. Plenty of bedding for 5 starting with a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the hallway, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The views from the living room are absolutely breathtaking, it allows you to see the stunning beach in a whole new way.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for eating in with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and seating for 4 at the dining table.
Washer and dryer & wifi offers all the conveniences of home along with the resort amenities like out door swimming pools & hot tubs, indoor swimming pool & indoor hot tub, fitness center, and sauna. The BBQ grills are located near the east pools; street side.

Tourist places to visit:
Shipwreck Island Waterpark, perfect place to cool off and it's only 4 mile away.
Ripley's Believe It or Not! Come witness the oddities of just 6 miles away.
The Upside Down House, Come for the experiments stay for the fun also just 6 miles away.

Week stay!

The only issues I had were with the television not working but maintenance fixed the issue immediately. Only other minor issues were the elevators being down during our stay and to catch one we waited a long time. Also, the pools were extremely too cold to swim in comfortably so we did not swim in the outdoor pools at all. Over all it was a good location and perfect beach access. Would definitely recommend!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice, average condo. Floor was really dirty upon arrival. Our feet showed that just after a little while. The pool....ugh. It was filthy. It had balls of hair, dirt, bread, and other gunk. It was just really filthy. We had to get out of there. The indoor pool was nice. It was clean, just some sand on the bottom which is to be expected. The view is nice and it's in a good location. If you are higher than a few floors up, you will wait and wait for the elevators. I really don't think we will be returning though.

Enjoyed our beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at the beach at this unit. Our only complaint was the elevators. This is a huge facility with several elevators. Unfortunately, during peak times, the wait for an elevator was extremely long. We had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator just to return our luggage cart. Also, atleast 2 of the ~9 elevators were closed the whole time we were there. This unit is one the 5th floor, so the stairs were our go to when the elevators were too busy.

Loved the view

Everything with the condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well supplied. We loved the balcony view. The only negatives were the broken and slow operating elevators. This was frustrating at times when carrying heavy items.

Perfect get away for a great price

Everything was great. Unit was clean everything worked properly. The building was in good shape. Never ran in to any rude staff as I read and other reviews. Elevators on the east and west end are usually a little less of a wait as to be expected in a 30 story building. Will definitely be booking direct with the host next time.

Early Spring Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect size for the 2 of us, a young family would also be comfortable. We liked that we were only 5floors up and we mostly used steps instead of waiting for elevator. Condo was clean and living room furniture seemed to be new especially the sofa and ottoman. Views from room or ocean, pool and road were great! Baseboards throughout could use a coat of paint but that is to be expected in a condo along the beach with a high volume of vacationers. We were very impressed with Four Star Condo company as they reached out to us night before we arrived to welcome us and see if we had questions we decided to stay an extra day and they were able to quickly check availability and assist us in order to make that happen. Friendly and helpful for sure and we appreciated that immensely!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for me and my husband for our getaway. The view from the balcony was great with the ocean and the pool views. The room had everything we needed. It was just us but could easily sleep a family with the additional bunks. We liked that there was 2 outdoor hot tubs as well as 2 indoor hot tubs since the pool water was a little chilly for me. On site restaurant was nice and had great nachos! We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach

No balcony curtains! That blew me away. Later adjusted to lack of privacy. Enjoyed cheaper rates though. Also needs throw rugs.

Family trip 2023

We take an annual trip to the beach with our kids and grandkids, this was our first time at the Tidewater. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! I will say we read the reviews about the elevators and while yes they are a nuisance, we never waited 30 minutes like some reviews stated. We had 2 condos, one one 5th floor and one on 3rd floor, we did use the stairs quite a bit. One of the hot tubs was out of order, and the other one stayed packed, that was a bummer for us. The ocean was full of seaweed but we still enjoyed the sounds of the waves and the breeze. This condo is in the middle of the action and was definitely reminiscent of the old strip when trying to get anywhere, but anyone that has been coming to PCB for any amount of time has come to expect this. We were pleased with our family vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Weekend was beautiful but we won’t book thru Four Star Condo Services. First, we had to pay over $37 to park in the garage (only place to park). Then had to pay an additional $25 dollars to check in 55 minutes early. I understand this was in the contract but it’s ridiculous! Then we had to pay $50 to rent chairs on the beach for the day! We’ve never had to pay for those! All the elevators took forever due to the end elevators not working-those would not be repaired til the fall accdg to the front desk! We’ll stay away from this rental company from now on.

Nice and Clean

Stay was great. Thank god the condo is on a lower floor. The elevators are a disaster but that is no control of the condo owner. With the unit located on a lower floor it was not as bad as it would be any higher. Room was clean and efficient for what we need for a family of 5.

Very nice condo kind of secluded in the corner of the building. The couch could have been more comfortable but other than that we were very happy.

I am complaining about the terrible mattress.

The condo is very good, well located and beautiful view of the sea. What I am complaining about is the terrible mattress. So bad that you kick yourself all night to get a good sleep. I have never seen such a bad mattress.

The property is on the side of the building and you don't have a full view of the back of the property but you can see the beach and the pool. Inside the property I discovered the microwave panel was broken, the garbage disposal was not working, the iron was cracked, shower curtain was missing hooks, there were no stoppers for the sink and the pillow on the couch had a hole/tear in the back. I called and reported some problems and maintenance came and fixed the microwave panel and garbage disposal. There is no coffee table like the picture shows, there is a different couch and a chair, not two loveseats. We did enjoy the beach and the amenities. Loved the theater, indoor pool and the gym.
