Cozy tv room with comfy couch off from main living room with plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Kitchen with built in banquette for 4 and dining room with table that seats 8. Large front porch and spacious backyard with plenty of free off street parking. Perfect place for 2 families or large groups of friends to gather and explore Asheville. So close to downtown but located in a walkable area that locals love best.

House is super cute, and close to everything. Rooms are well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Host was responsive. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our four-day stay at this home. We took advantage of many nearby shops and restaurants. The owner provides excellent recommendations in the house binder. We loved the location as downtown Asheville and the beautiful mountains were both easy to access.

This place was perfect! Walkability in West Asheville was great. Close to the action but set off from the street. Front porch was great to hang out on.

Great bungalow in a perfect location. There are so many restaurant options nearby. Joan is a great PM and ensured we had a comfortable stay!

Walkable location

Great space in a walkable location. As runners we also loved being close to the running trail along the river. Would stay here again

Loved everything about this house

I stayed here with 3 friends to explore Asheville. The house is nothing short of perfect, and Joan is so communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Asheville Girls Trip

Asheville getaway

I had an amazing stay in Asheville with my 4 adult daughters. This home was perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking to shops and great restaurants and grocery store!! Easy off street parking. Very comfortable beds for everyone! We will all love coming back here!

Wonderful Stay!

Second time staying here! We love this property! Comfortable beds, great A.C., equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Location is great! lots of easy walking through neighborhoods as wells as lots of shops and restaurants! Homeowner Joan is easy and great to work with.

Great home base for an Asheville stay

Lovely house with a great location. Lots of cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rest of Asheville is just a few minutes away by car. If you have an EV there is a charging station just a few minutes away.

Great house and location

The house was super big with many bedrooms, just steps away from many restaurants on Haywood. For people with curly hair, my wife really appreciated that there was a hair dryer with a diffuser!

8 person family reunion

This property is fantastic! From the 4 plus bedrooms, to great furnishings, to a great kitchen that was equipped to facilitate being able to make homemade cinnamon rolls and overnight French toast, to grilling steaks, to enjoying the fire pit, to very comfortable beds. Super location with restaurants and shopping options.

Great location in W Asheville

Stayed here as a family of 5 with littles (aged 7-1). We chose this property due to the location and it did not disappoint. We walked to many enjoyable restaurants that are nearby and noted even more locations we want to try on our next trip. Owners are wonderful and very responsive. We will plan to come again!
