This Trout Condominium has been meticulously taken care. With yearly updates and improvements you will find the furnishings, mattresses and bedding and appliance in top shape and enjoyable.
Two Bedrooms, two full baths with one pull out sofa easily sleeps 6-7 guests.
Trout Creek offers many amenities that are available for your enjoyment, swimming pools, recreation facilities, tennis courts and walking trails. This unit is close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinaw.
There are beaches, parks and biking trails within a mile or two not to mention the Ski Hills Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands.
Comfortable and completely stocked with linens, towels etc.

Our stay was fantastic and we would stay again. The condo was well stocked and very clean. I rated the pool facilities as a one star only because we never used them so we were unsure of their condition.

Excellent location. Very relaxing. Very clean and we left it that way. Highly recommend this. We visited Boyne and the Tunnel of Trees which are both beautiful then we came back to the beautiful place to relax.

Place was great, only issue was the property was double booked and someone named Randy had just moved in before I got there. owner was able to rectify the issue because she had another empty unit also one of the dining chairs had been repaired poorly with a screw and nail that broke when I leaned back playing cards at dining table

Great condo complex

The unit was very clean, the complex had lots of amenities- soccer field, walking trails, stocked fishing ponds, and 2 pools. There is a garage for use as well which was great to store our bikes. The condo is close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Nubs Knob and Boyne Highlands. Great place to stay year round! Highly recommend.

The condo was just as advertised! Very clean! I appreciate how organized it was with plenty of extra bedding and towels including pool towels. I also love how the light switches were all labeled! We had a great vacation. My only complaint was the coffee maker was extremely slow.
