This Trout Condominium has been meticulously taken care. With yearly updates and improvements you will find the furnishings, mattresses and bedding and appliance in top shape and enjoyable.
Two Bedrooms, two full baths with one pull out sofa easily sleeps 6-7 guests.
Trout Creek offers many amenities that are available for your enjoyment, swimming pools, recreation facilities, tennis courts and walking trails. This unit is close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinaw.
There are beaches, parks and biking trails within a mile or two not to mention the Ski Hills Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands.
Comfortable and completely stocked with linens, towels etc.

Nice condo near Harbor Springs

Nice clean condo, enjoyed the back deck, fireplace, jacuzzi, garage parking. Good communication from the host. Great location in the Harbor Springs and Petoskey area.

Great weekend

We had a great weekend at this condo. It served all of our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub and we were very close to Nub’s Nob where we spent most of our time.

Nice condo in great location

Perfect location, very close to Nubs Nob and Highlands. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. The community pool and hot tub was nice also. Would recommend and return.

Great condo

We had a great time in Harbor Springs. Condo has everything you could possibly need plus some. Love the privacy blinds! Would definitely recommend!

Peacefully Perfect Getaway

We were all delighted to stay in the bright clean corner unit with a charming fireplace and excellent big screen TV. The kitchen was had all we needed to prep our apres ski meals. The views of the woods from the big windows were picturesque. The fluffy white towels were a bonus! Would stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable as advertised

The unit was clean and attractive. It was well equipped and everything was well organized and labeled. WIFI was strong and there were excellent Smart TV capabilities. We even took advantage of a couple of the provided DVDs. The only thing lacking was a garage door opener for the car. We had to get out and punch in the code every time. The unit was very comfortable and we would definitely consider staying again on another trip som time.

Excellent location. Very relaxing. Very clean and we left it that way. Highly recommend this. We visited Boyne and the Tunnel of Trees which are both beautiful then we came back to the beautiful place to relax.

The condo was just as advertised! Very clean! I appreciate how organized it was with plenty of extra bedding and towels including pool towels. I also love how the light switches were all labeled! We had a great vacation. My only complaint was the coffee maker was extremely slow.

Great condo complex

The unit was very clean, the complex had lots of amenities- soccer field, walking trails, stocked fishing ponds, and 2 pools. There is a garage for use as well which was great to store our bikes. The condo is close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Nubs Knob and Boyne Highlands. Great place to stay year round! Highly recommend.

Nice Quiet Stay in the Woods

We had a nice stay at Trout Creek in the woods. We were there for my son's soccer tournament in Petoskey. The condo was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The deck on the back was a nice place to sit outside. I feel like the condo needs updated as it feels a little outdated. We had trouble with the TVs in both bedrooms, could not get them to work but we really didn't need to watch TV in the bedrooms and only used the one in the living room. We did not get the opportunity to use the pool or fitness center. We went to check it out but could not get in. We were given a code but did not see a key pad to enter one. The condo is in a nice spot to visit Petoskey State Park and the cute town of Harbor Springs. Overall a great stay.

Cozy and so close to ski hills

Very warm and inviting when you first walk in. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen had every utensil and good quality. Ice maker in the freezer. We were up to ski and with it being so close to nubs and Boyne highlands it was great for heading back to the condo for a break instead of sitting in the crowds. Pool and fitness area are very nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient and well maintained place to stay

We stayed here with another couple for a long ski weekend. The location near both Nubs Nob and Highlands is excellent. Place was cozy with a nice fireplace and they left good directions. No problems so we didn’t need to contact the host. It is down a few stairs for the entrance and that is a little awkward however worked fine once we got use to it.
