Welcome to our Harbor Springs Retreat!
Our charming Harbor Cove Condo #18 is a 2-bedroom with a Loft!
The lower level entails a full bath and two guest bedrooms featuring a king bed, and the other room featuring a twin bunk with a full size bed. The main level offers an open concept living room, full kitchen and full bath with a shower. Make sure to enjoy the walkout balcony facing the beautiful nature preserves.
The second level is an open loft with a full size bed.
Harbor Cove is the perfect place for someone looking to enjoy four seasons of fun with its close proximity to shops, restaurants, top-rated golf courses and ski resorts. Within a 5-minute walk of the condo, there is a private beach on Little Traverse Bay with beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, a play area for kids, and walking and snowshoeing trails. Plus, you’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Boyne Highlands Resort, Nubs Nob Ski Resort, and much more.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Community center which includes an indoor pool and hot tub year round. During the summer months guests are welcome to use the Beach house, outdoor pool and hot tub.

*7-night minimum may apply for our Summer Season (Saturday to Saturday)
** The fireplace is for decor only.

Cool and comfortable condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and comfortable, great for sleeping (a vacation must!). We had fun every day on the courts and in the area. The wooded trail nearby is beautiful. Northern Mi Escapes staff was super helpful in every way. One drawback: not set up for making/serving big meals.

Family of 4 getaway

The condo was fantastic! It was incredibly comfortable, everyone slept great in the very cozy beds. There's plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, but the family areas had plenty of seating. Everyday we took a short 5-minute walk down to play/swim at the beach, which was never crowded. Easy trips to Charlevoix, and Mackinaw. So close to everything. The neighborhood at the condo was very quiet and peaceful. Terri was very responsive and helpful to inquiries.

Great Stay in Northern Michigan

We enjoyed our stay, loved the layout and the sleeping options. Clean and quiet and perfect for a quick ski vacation. Ski locker outside was a plus. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the beach area which seemed pretty great even in February!

Perfect little get-a-way!!

VERY nice accomodations! We loved it. Nice to come home and relax from the busyness of the day. We were in town for a family wedding. This was very close to the venue and we enjoyed the beach and Beach House also. Close to everything!

Lovely Condo

The king bed was very comfortable and kitchen appliances were very nice. Private beach area just a short walk from the condo - great place to watch the sunset. Perfect trip!

great communication but smells

The property was very tidy and communication with the management was quicky and easy. I wanted to like this property more, but the lower level where the main bedrooms are located smelled very strongly of mold or mildew. It truly penetrated the air and you could smell it immediately upon entering. Sadly, we had to leave early as we couldn't sleep in those conditions.

Perfect location

Perfect location snuggled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Quick trip to Nub’s Nob too. Clean, comfortable space. Property manager very fast to respond to questions during our stay

Second stay even better

This place has a great layout, is clean, well kept and nicely appointed. They even had a new fridge put in since our stay two weeks ago. The layout of the condo is conducive for gathering and interacting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unable to make it to our reserved weekend. We had to cancel at the last minute. Of course, the contract does not allow for cancellations at the last minute. We had no insurance. The owner was cold, ungracious, and unwielding, wouldn’t offer a credit for another time. Wouldn’t split the cost. Nothing. He told us he wouldn’t be able to rent the chalet for the weekend because our cancellation was so late. However, there was no snow so he wouldn’t have rented it anyway! Just an unkind and ungracious human.
