TREETOP #10 - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS (sleeps 10) - BEDDING: Master BR Queen, BR #2 Twin Bunk Beds, BR #3 Queen & Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Enter through the mudroom to the full kitchen and dining room, at the back of the unit is your living area with a gas fireplace and a door leading to your deck. Upstairs are the bedrooms. During the summer play, games in the backyard and have a picnic. Walk out of your townhome and down the path to the village where you can find restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. View of woods. NO AIR CONDITIONING.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

UPDATED HOUSE RULE
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Treetop 10

Spacious unit with well equipped kitchen. Top bunk beds were not made up and very challenging to get the sheets on. Unit needs a deep cleaning.

Great location

Overall, I would give this condo a five because the location and friendliness of the management was great. I would only offer the following constructive criticism. The bedroom with the double bunkbeds is really tiny and would not work for anyone taller than 5’9” because the beds are so small and the room is so tiny. It really is best for small kids not teenage kids or adults. The second bathroom downstairs is tiny and taking a shower in it as an adult is almost impossible. I’m not sure why, but the cleaning crew did not make the top bunkbeds. Wasn’t a big deal but just a note. The kitchen had a crockpot that actually is a great idea to use while skiing all day. The Wi-Fi is very hit or miss and it was difficult to make phone calls on or use for emails using Wi-Fi assist. The ability to use their phone was very helpful. Overall enjoyed the condo.

Fun Ski Trip

Two families with three kids under 8 stayed. We were so impressed with the property. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect for the 7 of us. I had seen some reviews express concern about the small 3rd bedroom/bunk room, but honestly, it’s perfect for kids. The whole place is a great family getaway. We’ve stayed a lot of different places at Snowshoe and we’d definitely stay here again.

Washing machine

I knew it was small, but it is really small. Biggest problem was that the washing machine did not work. We contacted maintenance they came and looked at it said it was broken and left. I never heard another thing from management or recieved any compensation.

Good location

This is an older property but location is an easy walk to the Ballhooter lift. Pictures are pretty accurate. Bunk beds need new mattress. Lower level bathroom is TINY so bigger people should use the bathroom in the upper level. This was one of the only rentals available for our size group (4 adults 6 kids) when we booked. We felt it was a little overpriced for the size but overall we had a great ski trip.

Kinda “3 bedroom”

Nice property, good location. The 3rd bedroom is a converted storage space with no window or closet. It is literally the length of a bunk bed. There’s a reason there are no pictures of it on the website.

Great location at Snowshoe

Our party of 4 adults and 4 kids really enjoyed this townhome at Snowshoe. It was a short walk to the village and the parking out front was great. As with all the units, it is a little tight, but there was ample storage space for skis and gear, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We would definitely return again!

Great snow and good time

Check in is located at the base of the mountain which is super inconvenient if you can’t check in on your way in. Condo is very drafty and chilly. We had to leave the water dripping for one night per instruction so the water wouldn’t freeze. Not real convenient to get to slopes so be ready to walk a bit. Other than that it worked well for our group of 6. Plenty of room for dining, relaxing and sleeping. I did not feel it was worth what we paid for it.
