This all ground level home boasts ease of access inside and out, with an open floor plan and a large, fully equipped kitchen, guests enjoy the comforts of home with refreshing Keys charm. This duplex home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms. Located in Key Colony Beach.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

- Parking: 3 vehicle max. *No trailer parking at this property

- Key Colony offers a trailer storage lot on 8th St. ($150 per week*)

*KCB trailer parking rate is regulated by the City of Key colony and is subject to change.

Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great trip.

We had the best time in Key Colony. We brought our boat and the dock and fish filleting station was perfect. The was nice and had everything we needed. We'd love to go back.

My husband and our 3 kids stayed here and absolutely loved it! The house was in such a good location. The bedrooms were HUGE and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a little more narrow than it appears in the pictures online but our kids still had a blast. The rental company was so easy to work with and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in good location KCB

Two couples stayed here. The house was super clean, nicely decorated, and really had everything we needed to make this a great stay. We were right on Sadowsky Causeway and close to the Cabana club. We were also close to KCB pickleball. The private pool was perfect as we paid to have it heated. We docked our boat in the back on the canal and stored our trailer in the trailer storage lot. We would definitely stay again.

Best vacation experience

We were a group of six adults who spent a week in this absolutely beautiful home. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The management group was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool & watching the manatee and different birds make their way up and down the canal. The home is conveniently located to the Publix grocery store & many restaurants. There just are not enough words to describe how great our vacation was. Looking forward to returning!

Christmas 2021 - 3 week great vacation!

The house is exactly as represented. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware needs. The duplex was clean, updated and comfortable for a family of four and six would be fairly comfortable. Seating in the living area wouldn't be great for six, but four was fine. We asked that the pool be heated and it was wonderfully warm for evening use or during the day. We are going back to Marathon the last half of December /first half of January. We wanted to try a larger pool / home, otherwise we would have returned to this house and management group!
