Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was clean and had plenty of space. The pools were clean and warm. The only small issue is that the condo is on the 2nd floor above the building entrance, so it can be noisy.

Great location

Great location. The tower was right on the beach and close to one of the pools. We enjoyed the view and the after hours check in as our plane was delayed 4 hours. I would come back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was excellent and just like it was described. Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, blankets and pillows. Furniture was in great condition and comfortable. All of the staff from the Palm Bay Club are excellent to deal with and friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Hegemann 2024 Tower Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit. However they had showing(s) from the time is was cleaned to when we were allowed to move in at 4PM. We have stayed at Palm Bay for well over 13 years and this was the first time we did not get in until 4 (which I understand is per rental agreement). There was a lot of sand brought into the unit and not cleaned as expected.

Palm Bay Club's proximity to the beach is excellent. This unit is immediately above the first floor main entrance and can be loud at times, especially in the morning when people are checking out or getting started with the day. There was also a lack of communication regarding some elevator and/or a/c repairs which required service people coming into the unit and turning off the a/c unit. This work seems to have led to an a/c unit that faltered and required repair the following day (but not after a rather warm and bad night of sleep).

Palm Bay Club review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful location for a vacation. We could see the beach from our unit and the sand and water are just gorgeous. You were about a mile to 2 miles away from just about everything in either direction. There is a free shuttle that you can use and downtown siesta key is adorable with lots to do. There is not a lot of things to do for young teens it is very much a low-key type of vacation. The bathrooms and bedrooms in the unit were a bit dated and could be overhauled but it was very clean and I would stay there again. The pools are on the small side and there is one in the middle and one on the bay. The larger pool in the middle is not used very much because it’s far enough away from the shore that it doesn’t get the breezes and is very hot during the day. We had friends that stayed in a unit on the golf side I do not recommend because it is a pain to walk across and clear down to the shore. In addition there are no public restrooms on the property so if you need to use a bathroom you have to go back to your unit . Overall I would recommend the property but I would reserve early and try to get ocean front!

Girl’s Trip

Our girl’s trip was amazing. Beautiful condo, close to the beach, and the most welcoming staff. Access to the village was easy too! We didn’t use the pools, we spent all our time at the beach. It was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location in Comfy Place

We loved Tammy’s place! You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, and reaching the village is so easy via The Frog, Trolley, etc.Plus, we were very comfortable in the unit!

Great ocean view, great place will stay again

Girls trip, we had a blast… every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Perfect size for four people. Quiet, clean nicely decorated.

Perfect location but noisy

Absolutely loved the unit and location! The beach and condo amenities were top notch. The beach was steps from the front door. The pool was close and a nice option before or after the beach. We found the unit to be a little noisy at night and could hear people coming and going as well as those walking onto the beach. It didn’t disturb my family thankfully but I am a light sleeper and found it disturbing. It was spring break so there may have been more foot traffic than normal. The unit was close to shops and there was a trolley stop right at the entrance of the Palm Bay club. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Condo
