Penthouse Tranquility - Spectacular Views of the Gulf and back waters.

Welcome to your serene retreat at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club. This condo is equipped for your total vacation experience. The lanai overlooking Fish Trap Bay also with partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the boats going through these waters. Walk across the street to the beautiful white sandy beach of Bonita Beach, where you can walk for miles. There is dining on the beach at Doc’s Beach House or at Coconut Jacks which overlooks the back waters. There you can indulge in delicious coastal cuisine. Activities on the beach include jet skis, kayaking and parasailing. The condo is located on the 10th floor, and is equipped with a full kitchen, sheets, towels, beach towels & chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious home-cooked meal with a full-size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, and even a small crock pot. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cooler are available for your convenience.
. Free wi-fi and basic cable are also available for your convenience. The 2 pools have been redone and are open!!! Pickleball, is now available for your use. The complex does still have construction taking place from the hurricane but we are open, the sun is shining, and the waves keep coming in for a beautiful vacation. It is a studio apartment which will sleep 2-in a king size bed and 2-small children in a full size pull-out sofa.

This unit was great! We have stayed in many units at BB&T and this was one of the best. The view from the top floor was wonderful. The owner thought of everything-kitchen had anything you could want. There were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and sand toys! We would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean. Location was wonderful. Nice beaches. Took a 6 mile round trip walk to Barefoot beach preserve. Very beautiful! Pool was nice. Remember to get parking permit in building 3. We did remember; others didn't. Loved the view!

Rugs are very dirty and worn. Lights in rr are pitted rusty. Plant on balcony is pathetic. Ice maker is broken. Floors are not clean. Bird droppings are worst then expected. Need trash bags and paper towels,toilet paper more then what is supplied, just lacking in things

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED that the outdoor space was completely covered in bird crap. As you can see from the picture the host has on the listing-it looks like a lovely ocean view, a nice spot to have breakfast or just sit and relax. Nope - you will not have a lovely view you will have a bird feces encircling you and obviously no one would eat out there with disgusting bird poop all around them. Host said there was nothing he could do - then don't put pictures that don't represent what it actually looks like. Put the pictures of the outdoor area with disgusting bird poop all around at eye level. It was close to beach, which was nice, good indoor space but not ok with misreprentation - never would have booked this if actual pictures of outside were shown.

Tina we are sorry that you were disappointed. As we spoke to you before the bird residual is not all over the lani but only on the outside ledge which is outside of the lani screen. The screen has made it hard to get to to clean. We since have had our cleaning company work on it further.

Great Room!

We loved staying here! It’s super close to the beach and it has a few resteraunts nearby. They also provide some beach essentials which really helped us out. The only thing I would say is the area has some construction going on so it was a little difficult to navigate at first but once we figured everything out it was not a problem! I highly recommend staying here!

This is a nice place to stay if you want to easily go the beach. You can walk right across the street. The unit had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Bonita Springs centrally located

Great views yet not directly overlooking the gulf! This is the quiet side of the building, with little or no traffic noise. Beach just across the street. Pools were not crowded. Lots of places to eat GREAT seafood (and other food) within easy walking distance! Plenty of parking. Common areas were clean and well lite. This unit is small but has all the comforts of home. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, even play toys and a cooler! Screened in balcony was a favorite place to unwind! Owner was flexible with our check-in too! THANKS Chris and Beth!

Nice place close to the beach

This place was a in a convenient location close to the beach. It was nice having beach towels, chairs etc for the beach too. The balcony is screened in and isn't much of a beach view and doesn't get much sun. The construction going on around the building i a little bit of a downfall. There are a couple gates to the parking lot that are locked for whatever reason so you have to drive all the way around to get to the last couple buildings. The pools appear to be usable but are closed which was disappointing because the ocean is much too cold right now.There were some issues getting the hot water working in the beginning but that was resolved.Overall I just think the price didn't quite reflect the quality of the stay.

Roya thank you for staying with us. We fully understand that there is construction going on and the pools have not been opened. In the Vrbo description we included those facts and again in our letter to you before your stay we again provided that info. Because of our complex still being under construction, you were able to enjoy our location for less than half its normal cost. Which we feel is more than fair.
