Please come enjoy our Modern Boho Farmhouse 1/2 block from a large gorgeous park in a quintessential neighborhood in our completely remodeled home. Just the 2 of us have redone every surface of this house to create an awesome space for your family and friends to enjoy Toledo in our family neighborhood. Take a walk under the shade of our large old trees. Enjoy a bonfire in the backyard. Grill out. Relax in your king size bed while the littles enjoy their own space upstairs.

Better than pictured

A picture is worth a million words, except when it comes to short-term rentals! This home exceeded my expectations. It's everything you'd want in a West Toledo bungalow. Esp if you have young children... There's a whole basement full of recent hand-me-downs waiting to be loved on. Or a girls weekend - everyone gets their own bed!

4 Bedrooms - Quiet Neighborhood near Univ. Toledo

Relaxing stay with a fire ring out back. 4 bedrooms - perfect for our 4 person group. Saturday night, we hit the nearby Funny Bone - great show. Overall, a nice stay in a well kept property in a quiet neighborhood. Great for 4 friends hanging out for a weekend. Host was very attentive - but, we didn't need anything. Everything was already good.

Great experience, quiet neighborhood

The host seemed to anticipate our needs and placed essentials conveniently. Communication was good. Labels around the house let us know what too do and how to use things. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thank you for giving us a great experience in your VRBO. You've helped convince my father- in-law that this is better than a hotel.

Awesome Host!

This place was just perfect! Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 kids. Melissa did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed for our stay especially for my grandchildren age 5yrs and 3months. Will for sure book again when we are in town.

Fabulous place!

Everything was wonderful! I love the decor, the location.. the checkin process was incredibly simple, host was readily available for the (one) question I had. The labels were an incredible help. Hopefully we left things in appropriate order, we left at 4am and not entirely awake 😉 thank you for sharing your space with us!

A delightful, cozy place to stay

We stayed at this home for a weekend with 2 adults and 2 children. We found the place to be perfect for our family of four and could have comfortably slept 2-4 more people in the house. The house has been tastefully decorated, instructions throughout the house are super clear and easy to follow, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. There were toys and games thoughtfully provided for entertaining the kids as well. Communication with the host was a breeze and we found them to be very accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic visit and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting the Toledo area!

The host were great!!!Very spacious for 8. Very clean and well kept. Great location for food and shopping. Fully equipped home away from home. Lots of games and things to do for the kids.

Wonderful stay!

Our family got together for Thanksgiving. This location worked out well for all the things we wanted to see. The interior was in beautiful condition. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. They are near a park, which our grandson loved. The Hostess were very pleasant.

Very cute on the inside

Cute little house. Nice and clean on the inside. Small kitchen but well stocked with dishes and supplies. Outside of the house was less updated but functional. Convenient to UT campus.

Lovely stay in Toledo

We would recommend this cute cottage for any family staying in the Toledo area. The decor was stylish, the hosts provided the essentials, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of spaces to sleep for our two families. We had two couples downstairs and the kids/teenagers upstairs. There is a bedroom space upstairs, but it is divided with a curtain so I would say it is not as private as the other bedrooms but the open space upstairs worked great for our group. My kids are asking to come back next year. Also, the hosts were very responsive and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend!

Perfect for us!

Clean, tidy, and nice decor in the house with very comfortable sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped. We would have liked comfortable chairs for sitting around tables and a railing on the front stairs but made it work. Very nice home all inn all!

Family Vacation

The property felt like home to us. It was clean and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was close to town but was a quiet area. The property owners were easy to get ahold of, answered all my questions promptly and the online description was very accurate. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

From the booking to the end of our stay we had a great time! A friend and I took our little kids (ages 4-7) and 2 teenagers. The house was so clean and stocked with all the essentials. And to top it off, it was super cute with plenty of sleeping space!! I would 10/10 reccomend this house and the owners and will return! Thank you for the awesome place to stay!

Neighborhood was nice, safe & quiet. House was very comfortable and clean. Tastefully decorated (absolutely charming). Beds are super comfy and upstairs was great for our teenagers / young adult children. Coffee and toiletries were extra conveniences. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

This was a great rental and base for our family for a wedding. The home was as advertised, plenty of sleeping space, clean, and in a very nice and quiet section of the city. The host was quick to respond and make sure we had what we needed. Great experience.
