Large 4 Bdrm Home With Plenty Of Space for Family Gatherings Or Golf Retreats. Enjoy a Movie In The Loft Or Watch the Sunrise Over Coffee On the Patio. Backyard Oasis Will Make You Feel Like Your At Your Own Private Resort. Sparkling Pool, Outdoor TV, and Grill. Great East Valley Location Close To Golf, Shopping, and Dining. A Vacation Paradise!

The space
This place feels like a home and not a vacation rental. A great deal of thought and effort has been put into making this one of the East Valley's Top Vacation Homes. Tastefully furnished with unique pieces to add some flair and plenty of comfortable spaces to be in. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for the cook in the group. Spacious Living Area with seating for the whole family. Play a game of poker or shoot a game of bumper pool in the game room. Escape to the loft which has a sectional sofa to watch the big game or enjoy a late night movie. Loft also features a desk and work space for the business traveler. Bedrooms are all good sized and have comfortable beds and top of the line bedding. Master retreat is spacious and features a work space along with a luxurious master bath. Upstairs off the loft you will find a large patio to enjoy the golf course and mountain views.

Backyard features multiple sitting areas and all that you need to enjoy those cool Arizona winters. Outdoor dining for up to 8 along with a TV sitting area and firepit to gather around at night. Sparkling pool with waterfall and umbrellas for shade. You won't to go inside when you get on this patio. Home has 2 garage stalls available for guest use and bikes are also provided for a neighborhood cruise.
To heat the pool is $350 for the week. We just as for a 48hr notice to have it turned on and ready.

Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

Other things to note
**Home is located on golf course and guests need to be aware of the possibility of golf balls coming in to the yard**

Additional contract along with Pool Safety Notice and Assumption of Risk From Golf Course Will be required after booking. Please provide your email address once booking is confirmed so that can initiated.

No Loud Parties- Quiet Hours Outside are 10 Pm nightly. We want guests to come and have fun but please be respectful and treat the home as your own. Many people in the neighborhood call this home and we will not tolerate any disruption to the neighbors.

Booking party must be at least 25 years of Age. ID may be required.

Any Local Bookings must inquire with Manager prior to booking.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

It was a fantastic stay. Our family had a wonderful time, location is central to everything and the house had everything we needed and more. The owners left excellent instructions and when I had a minor issue, they answered my text within minutes and all was resolved. We stay at a lot of short-term rentals and I can say that this home was definitely the best! We were sorry to leave.

The location was excellent for all our needs - pool- golf-quiet walks, kayaking- Mesa swap meet was excellent for souvenirs!! Highly recommend.

This house was perfectly suited for our family, and had everything (and more) that we needed, to celebrate a holiday and baseball weekend! Beautiful home with great amenities in a wonderful location! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning one day!

Great location! House is spacious, especially for families who enjoy a little bit of quiet time in their own space. We really enjoyed the pool, putting green, and bicycles; all additional provided amenities were well thought out and much appreciated!

Relaxing

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect size and space! Loved the putting green and heated pool. Will definitely stay here again if we visit! I only wish when it said sleeps 8 we would have been allowed to have 8 stay.

Family Stay in early May

The home is invitingly warm, clean, well stocked and spacious. We would rent the home again. Sitting by the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the novelty of the lemon trees.

Golf Course vacation home

This was the perfect home for our family while staying in the area for our daughter's wedding. The backyard space was a huge draw for us and it did not disappoint. We did experience the rogue gold balls, but that was fully disclosed. The inside space was equally as enjoyable. We had a few minor issues but the host was very responsive and addressed all of them promptly. There was plenty of room and very well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again.

They host was very responsive. They house has several seating areas with a very comfy sectional sofa upstairs and upper balcony furniture. The house itself was good, but the ceiling fans were filthy, as well as the trim and registers full of this dust and dirt. The pool was and nice size clean but the water was a bit cold even after paying extra for pool heat. There was no way to turn up the temp for a warmer pool. The outside furniture is a bit uncomfortable as the cusions are very worn.

Easter in Arizona

Casa Bella was the perfect home, away from home, for our family of five, visiting grandma for Easter. The pool was an amazing Spring bonus as our Midwest weather has our own pool still hibernating for the season. Our hosts keep this residence beautifully cleaned, decorated and stocked for dining in or hosting guests. I practically overpacked, with all the considerations that were already covered as a convenience to guests. By far, our favorite rental, to day. Thank you for sharing this space (and lemon tree) with us.

Beautiful Home

The property was gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly. I especially liked the kitchen - the variety of dishes, pots / pans, utensils as I cooked the entire time we were there. There were a few things that came up of which I needed to converse with the property managers about but that has nothing to do with the beautiful home. As the property managers I would be keeping a closer look on services that are being paid for that aren't happening effectively.

It was wonderful...

This is the type of review where I hate to make the property sound too good, because I don't want it to get so popular that I won't be able to get it booked again. We loved it! I don't come back to Arizona in the summer often, but the pool made it totally bearable. We spent most of our time in the pool whenever we were at the house. It was also a perfect house for us to just stay put and let all the relatives come to us. Some people might not like looking at the busy Power Road in the distance from the back yard, but I hardly noticed it. What was noticable was the view of the golf course from the back yard. I enjoyed waving to and talking to random golfers. An occasional golf ball might come flying into the yard, which could be dangerous, but we really didn't have any problems. The backyard has a putting green, which also offered us something to do when we weren't in the pool. We used the grill many times for our family gatherings and the abundance of outdoor seating, to include a dining table, made it nice to sit around and visit. It was nice having a garage to keep the vehicle somewhat cool and out of the sun. I can't say enough good. We really enjoyed the house.

We loved everything about this property. It was clean inside and outside. The beds was comfortable, the grand kids loved the pool, the location was excellent. It was enough room for everyone all seven of us. We couldn't find anything that was a concern. We will be back. Thanks!

July visit

Flew some family from Iowa to visit my daughter and family. She did not have accommodations for all of us so rented this VRBO. Wonderful house, wonderful location for us. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Had trouble first night with AC and manager took quick action to vorrect next day. Made it a non-issue. Very pleased.

This place was great. There were 8 of us that including my adult children. The house was very clean and had all that you would have wanted. They had things that I did not know I needed. The outdoor area was very nice. It was a little cool when we were there and the outdoor fireplace and heater were great. The pools was also very nice.
