POOL HEAT: Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. *PLEASE NOTE*  Pool heat must be requested a minimum of 2 days in advance..  We heat to 82 degrees, however when temps drop below 55 degrees at night we cannot guarantee that the pool will retain that temperature.

SECURITY:  For your safety, there are is an outdoor camera monitoring the entrance.  The Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door.

NOTE: This home does not allow parties or events and enforces the 8 person maximum.

Guests must be 25 years of age to reserve.

*VRBO does not provide hosts with any guest information other than name. Guests must upload a valid Government issued Photo ID to host for security and safety purposes. This will be requested via text message, through Guest Ranger. Check-in instructions (with house address and lock codes) will be sent via email once guest verification has been completed.
