Imagine enjoying your morning coffee/evening glass of wine or the best: falling asleep to the sound of the Tonahutu River (Small River) directly behind this 1 bedroom condo - Riverfront Paradise #3. This Riverfront hideaway will make all of your worries drift away after a day of enjoying the area, enjoy unlimited hiking or exploring the 3 major lakes - you will enjoy coming home to just relax, by the warmth of the river rock fireplace or take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and make a wonderful meal. At nights end, enjoy a movie night or favorite show on the Smart TV before hitting the comfy King size bed (and Queen pull-out + a fold away twin bed) for a tranquil nights sleep. The LazyBoy Queen pull out couch with memory foam mattress is so comfy! We also have Riverfront Paradise #1 right next door – perfect for another couple. Stay cozy warm with in floor radiant heat. Zoom meeting? Online school? Our Wifi is fast - 200mbps!
This condo is right next door from the Historic Rapids Lodge & Restaurant where you can enjoy a gourmet meal while enjoying the River view. We are just a 3 minute walk to Grand Avenue where you can spend an afternoon trying different restaurants, shopping or roam through the historical Kauffman house Museum for a trip back in time. Just 2 blocks to the Lake and Grand Lake Marina, where you can rent a pontoon boat, fishing boats, canoe, kayaks or standup paddleboards or simply relax on the small beach with a tasty ice cream cone. Both immaculate & cozy inside with a River Rock gas fireplaces & every detail you could think of including WIFI, books, toys, board games, private Washer/Dryer, pack-n-play, sheets & towels, Fully furnished kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, platters, bowls, crockpot, coffee maker, blender & so much more.
We are just 1 block to town – 2 blocks to Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance (5 minute drive), snowmobile trails (5 minute drive) and the Grand Lake Golf Course (6 minute drive), Winter Park ski resort (40 min) or Ski Granby Ranch (20 min). The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, blender, mixer, coffee maker; you will have everything you need to cook a nice meal including some basic spices and condiments. Wifi is fast - 200mbps!
**Note---This condo is located in Grand Lake. VRBO combines Grand Lake with Estes Park (2-4+ hour drive over Trail Ridge if it is open), Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash and the town of Granby (20-50 Min Drive). Zoom in on the map to just view Grand Lake. **For detailed rates for bookings far in advance please contact us for more information as the rates may change. The owner does occasionally bring up their dog (in case anyone has bad allergies). Minimum age to rent is 25.

Wonderful place for a couple to spend three nights. We enjoyed seeing three mule deer wander by the patio along the riverside while we were sitting outdoors. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to visit in Grand Lake. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park is so easy and enjoyed watching herds of elk in the evenings.

#3 River View was exactly what my husband and I needed for our stay in Grand Lake. Very well supplied for all of our needs. Directions and instructions were clear. The hostess must be a thoughtful and considerate person.

We loved the condo and will hopefully stay there again. Incredibly peaceful. clean, and stocked with everything you need. Just a great experience, with access to Rocky Mountain National Park right around the corner, and the lakes for fishing. And, the river is beautiful right outside the back doors.

We have to admit, your “rules, rules, rules” made us laugh! 😂 We promise we’re not sitting around dreaming up new rules and fines! In reality, we only charge fees for a couple of things: unauthorized early check-in or late check-out, which can throw off our cleaner’s schedule, and leaving garbage behind. The dumpster is only about 20 steps away, and unfortunately, our cleaner charges us when guests decide those 20 steps are just too much! 😂 The rules are really just there to keep things running smoothly and make sure the house is clean and ready for the next guests. We appreciate you staying with us—and congratulations on successfully surviving all the rules, rules, rules! 😉

We came in town for our annual ice fishing tournament and are so pleased that we found this little place. It was in perfect proximity to dining and ice fishing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and that was my favorite part about the condo!

This well-appointed 1 bedroom condo is just as the photos and information describe. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would need to make a meal. The king bed, sheets, and pillows are very comfortable. The location is great, being so walkable right into town. We loved the back patio with views of the river rapids, and ate many meals at the table and chairs outside there. The area and other neighbors were very quiet, and parking is right outside your door. Maureen was always prompt and informative with my questions; communication was great! We had a delightful stay, and plan to come back to this property by the river.
