Nestled among the tall pines, wildlife such as bear, elk, deer, bobcat, and coyote leisurely meander through this spacious 2-acre lot. Pictures are worth a thousand words at this location.

This gorgeous home sleeps eight people comfortably. As you walk into this home, you will see the beautiful tongue and groove ceiling, hardwood floors, and the moss rock center fireplace, illuminating both the living room and the dining room that seats eight. The newly designed kitchen with a center island offers seating for four and provides you with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Just down the hallway is the master suite with its own bathroom, a large walk-in shower, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and TV. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. In the third bedroom is a bunk bed with two twin beds and a separate queen-size bed. This family-friendly home will amaze you with the downstairs game room and movie room. Shuffleboard, life-size Scrabble board, card table, rod hockey table game, and big screen TV set off the perfect tone for fun and games! All the while, you can check out the views through the nine-glass-panel converted garage door (fully functional) and see what wildlife might walk by while enjoying your game room fun. When you are ready, walk over to the movie room where there is ample comfortable seating to sit and enjoy your favorite movie with friends,

family, or that special someone. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs when it's time for intermission.

If that is not enough for you, then head out onto the oversize deck that sits off the living room and take in the breathtaking mountain views. Bring your swimsuit so you can relax in the recently added hot tub! It is simply Divine.

The Space:

3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly renovated home in Estes Park, CO. Located conveniently near Rocky Mountain National Park and the historic Stanley Hotel. Enjoy long soaks in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Spend a day shopping the local hot spots and eating at local favorites.
