Stay at the fabulous Aruba Renaissance Resort in Oranjestad Aruba, the only resort in Aruba with a private island for guests!

Renaissance Ocean Suite rooms have pool and beach view, one bedroom, with kitchenette, and sleep four.

This rental is for an Ocean Suite pool-beach view room on the third floor of the Ocean Suites building. The resort also has a Marina Tower building with its own lobby, but those rooms do not have the beachfront and pool deck / ocean views of the Ocean Suites. Both buildings are pictured on the Renaissance web site to provide a sense of the entire resort area which is acres of frontage on Oranjestad’s picturesque harbor, which is often frequented by luxury yachts of the rich and famous.

Weeks run Friday-Friday. We cannot rent for different periods. We can rent multiple weeks, subject to availability.

Note: your purchase of a week from us will cover the rent for the room for one week, but the hotel will charge a daily energy fee, timeshare tax and service charge, which in November 2019 were $10.30, $4.60 and $1.34 per night, or a total of $16.24 per night additional charge that will be payable directly to the hotel when you check out.

This destination has been designed for families or work-ations, an oasis of luxury and tranquility, with every amenity just a walk away for a relaxing stay!

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with any questions you have and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the resort and must be handled through the resort, not the seller.

Note that the images are of this specific room which is owned by the seller, and more photos of specific view can be supplied. We purchased this room when the building was constructed and know exactly what we are selling, unlike other sellers.
