This is a saturday to saturday 7 day minimum from mid june until mid august

NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS.

Under the age of 28 & Youth groups please do not inquire.

NON SMOKING / NO PETS.

We supply blankets and pillows, Sheets and Towels are not provided

Full linen packages are available to purchase for $150.00 that include sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and beach towels. Please email Leah at:leahsheavenlycleaning@outlook.com to set up and pay.

If not tennant should bring:

3 queen sheet sets, 1 twin set, 1 double set and bath and beach towels.

Paper products and toiletries are not supplied

General description by floor:

First Floor: Porch, entry hall, queen bedroom (surfer theme) with full bath, two-car garage.

Second Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, half bath, laundry room, dining area with breakfast bar, living room with big screen TV, movies, games and slider to balcony.

Third Floor: Master queen bedroom (Palm theme), bath with oversized shower and balcony, second queen bedroom (Cabana theme), pyramid bunk-bed bedroom w/ trundle, hall bath, all bedrooms and bath have 12-15 foot cathedral ceilings. All bedrooms have TV with DVD.

Additional Information:

*End unit with oversized two-car enclosed garage plus off-street parking.

*Four Bedrooms/Three and a half Baths (Queen, Queen, Queen, Twin over Full Bunk with Trundle).


*Sleeps 8-9. All 3 Queen bedrooms have pillowtop mattresses.

*Enjoy Ocean and Bay views from the porch and two balconies with outdoor furniture for 9.

*Central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, washer and dryer.

*Fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters, side-by-side refridgerator with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffemaker, blender etc.

*Five TVs, four DVDs, cable, 60" HDTV in family room.

*Ceiling fans in every bedroom and family room.

*Pillows, comforters, extra blankets, beach chairs, poker table and chip set, board games, puzzles, and DVD movies.

We had great stay. Pros: location is superb. Steps from the beach. Short walk to the bay. Close to restaurants (like the incredible Bad Monkey) and 10 min walk to OCs best venue Seacrets! Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms and showers . New updated kitchen. Cons: the dining room and living room furniture is really old. Sofas leans dirty. An update of this furniture pushes the place to five stars. The HVAC is noisy with drum like banging. Was annoying but we got used to it.

Very nice accommodations with one exception. Mattress in first floor bedroom is in poor shape. Should probably be replaced. Also concern with linens. Descriptions need to be updated. Beach towels are no longer provided. Although we had these minor hiccups we had a great time. Chet was great to work with us. Responded quickly to our concerns. Would come back again.

Great location and set up

My family and I had a great day, mixing grandparents, parents and young children at this property. It is located in a great spot close to the beach with close access to the pool nearby. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive and caring.

Just Far Enough Away From It All

My husband and I, our daughter and SIL, and another couple stayed here and it was perfect. Everyone had enough room, the house was clean, the host was friendly and helpful, and the location to beach is perfect. We übered to boardwalk as we opted to stay here, up a little ways from the hustle and bustle of it all. No streets to cross to access the beach, just a short walk out the front door and your toes are in the sand. And, right across the street is a Dunkin’, Fractured Prune, a pizza place, and more. We would stay here again.

Vacation at the beach

This is our second time renting this townhouse. Place is decorated beautifully. Perfect number of bedrooms for all of us. Weather could have been better, but we were able to keep ourselves busy!

Summer vacay

Overall it was a great stay, too short. Chet was awesome to communicate with and tried to correct any issues we had. The location was perfect! The only cons were lack of pots to cook with and the tvs could be updated to smart TVs and ditch ixfinity. Other than those two things were had a terrific vacation. Thx Chet

This place is perfect, location spot on. Cant ask for a better place when I go. Beds are comfortable, couch is great. Nice size TV. Great place to kick back relax and enjoy the ocean steps away from the door.

Clean and great location!!!

Chet was an amazing host, very communicative and gave us the opportunity for early check-in which is always a much appreciated gesture. The house was clean and exactly as advertised- this location you do not want to pass up on!! We walked to Macky's, Fager's, Sky Bar, and Seacrets- perfect location for an OCMD girls weekend!! Multi family getaway to OCMD

We had a great stay! The layout was nice for multiple families and we had plenty of room. Short walk to the beach and a great location-walking distance to several restaurants and the bus stop was very close. Plenty of offstreet parking available if you have more than 2 cars. Would stay here again!

Awesome spot for Beach access and more

Perfect for midsize family. Very roomy, great spot and best of all great host. Chet was very responsive and patient with all my questions. He even answered my emails while he was away on vacation. We will stay here again.

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay at this house. So much was in walking distance like the beach, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants. The garage was technically a two car garage but it was tight. This wasn’t a problem as there was plenty of free street parking. The house was spacious and kid friendly. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. We would rent this house again.

Great location and very clean!

My family, including daughters and grandkids had a great time staying here. Being Ocean Side it an easy walk to beach and there was access to nice pool which my grandkids loved. Highly recommend it!

Doesn't get better

Well kept clean. Comfortable beds and couch. Nice TV action to watch sports while you relax. Convenient to beach and mini mart across the street. If you have kids they can play in the back in the ally while you bbq or hang with others. We will come back next year and year after that for sure. Thanks for a great spot!!!!!

Perfect Girl’s Weekend

We stayed for a mom’s weekend away and this property was perfect for our group! We were close to plenty of restaurants, check in was very simple, communication was great, and the property was clean. The only suggestion would be to fix the smoke alarm in the queen bedroom with the bathroom on the top floor - it appeared to be missing.
