Perfect family stay

Our stay here was perfect! We will return, and highly recommend. The communication of our host was outstanding. Plus, the location of the condo and having the pool so close was amazing!!

Always a great experience with this owner. Easy check-in, great communication and nice properties! This in great location to Seacrets and other midtown restaurants/activities! Second time staying here and would do it again and recommend.

Beautiful condo

Perfect place to stay. Right in the middle of everything. Condo was clean and had everything you would need while you are there. Communication with the realtor was awesome. Quick to answer my questions and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would book again.

This place was close proximity to everything, ocean, 45th street, Secrets,etcThe condo was spacious and accommodating.Balcony was perfect to watch the parade as well as sunrise. Our stay was short and sweet but this place has everything for a longer stay !

Home away from home

This condo was absolutely amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. My family enjoyed this place for our spring break. Nice view and all. Any questions we had we got a quick response. Will definitely book when coming to Ocean City again.

It was a very nice condo and was just as the description stated. Parking was easy. Building is in a great midtown location. Just far enough from the oceans calling concert to travel back and forth. It’s also right at the bus stop. It was perfect for 3 mother/daughter pairs. Maybe it’s a personal preference but the beds should not have black/dark green sheets on them that do not match. Probably time to upgrade to white sheets that can be bleached.

Beach week trip

The place was exactly as pictured and more. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all beach and home essentials. The owner responded quickly, and check in and communication was very easy! I greatly recommend for large groups looking for a spacious place to stay.

My high school friends and I met at this beautiful condo for a long weekend together. We had a wonderful time!! It is beautiful and met our needs totally. If we decide to meet again in Ocean City we would definitely consider returning.

Fourth floor and elevator out of order

Size of unit was extremely accommodating for adult family of 5. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Unit was pretty clean, however there was lots of lint in laundry room covering walls and doors. Biggest drawback was elevator was out of order, and this was not disclosed. I'm recovering from a knee injury, and this was a major inconvenience. If you are going to book would recommend confirming that elevator is operational.

Beautiful condo we have rented for several years. Every year maintenance and cleaniness is worse. Price is high but my 97 year old mother loves it. I worry she will catch something that will kill her as unit is not clean. Reported it to office. Nothing done.

HI Everyone,
I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
