Family Mini Vacation

My boys and I enjoyed out stay at your home. Thank you for working with me to adjust the dates. The house was clean and the only issue was the lock box for the key. Called Dottie right up and she walked me though the process to open. Will defiantly come back. Thank you had a great time fishing and sigh seeing in Pueblo.

Cozy stay in Pueblo

The house and its location were excellent. The place looked bigger than it does in the photos, and the grounds were big, private, and with lots of outdoor seating. The house came well stocked with toiletries, and the two queen beds were comfortable. Dottie was a great host and was available to answer any questions before and after our stay. An added bonus was that the house was located within walking distance of the Arkansas River and Runyon Lake. We enjoyed walking to the river in the evenings, and then having our relatives come over for dinner in the evening. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay in Pueblo. Highly recommended.

Awesome host!

Dottie was awesome! Easy to contact and she went above and beyond for me! This place is super spacious and clean! The place has window units which work great unless you shut the the bedroom door , which still works fine but the room isn’t as cool. But overall a great stay especially for families and multiple couples. Dottie really blew me away, she was very sweet and accommodating! Oh and the trails behind the house are nice too!

Okay property but has a smell

We booked this property based on previous reviews that mentioned how clean the property was. The property is clean, however, it has a distinct smell to it. Initially we thought it was because the AC was not running, however, even after running the AC the smell was there next day too. The location of the house is nice; it's only a 2-minute walk from the Arkansas River and the river trail. Another reviewer had mentioned the smell but we decided to take a chance. Unfortunately we had the same issue. Also, only one of the bedrooms has a window AC unit. The other bedroom has the ceiling fan only. It's not a deal breaker, however it is something to consider.

Hosts Bent over backwards for us!

After reading the most recent review, I was concerned. I was bringing my 2 year old grandson and wanted a great experience for us and him. Nancy spent time answering all my questions and I felt much better! Then, a snafu happened in communication with our family in Pueblo and we needed a place to get ready for our celebration well before the agreed upon 2 pm check in. The hosts were ultra- accommodating!!! The house was so clean and cool and, frankly, welcoming! I actually tried to book this same property for 3 weeks from now and it was booked. We will wait until it’s available. Thank you Dottie and Nancy!!

Fantastic Property! Highly recommended!

Cannot say that I recommend. I appreciate the effort, it seemed mostly clean but my baby found a few screws and nails around the floor just hanging around and after crawling/walking 5mins her legs were so dirty. Also the smell… WOW. Had allergies as soon as I walked in and the sewer smell lingers around the WHOLE house. Not sure that is safe for a baby as well… plus one of the bedrooms didn’t have A/C which we definitely needed. Overall definitely not worth what they ask for it per night :( glad we only reserved one night because we would have definitely found somewhere else to stay for the second night.

Great place to relax
