The Little Green House Cozy & Centrally Located Near the Riverwalk/Downtown

Beautifully renovated 3 bed 2 bath 1100 sq/ft home centrally located in Pueblo. Home has washer/dryer, full kitchen, nice backyard, and lots of parking area with an EV charger. Board games, books, and an original classic Nintendo are all available for your entertainment. The Little Green House is just 4 blocks off I25, and 12 blocks from the Riverwalk, Union Ave, and Memorial Hall. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and owners live on the same block so are usually available for any issues that may arise.

We are also just 3 blocks away from Parkview Hospital and 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens occasionally, as well as a flight for life helicopter landing at the hospital once in a while.

Home is equipped with keyless entry door locks and front and back doors.

House Rules:
-No smoking inside the house, please stay outside to smoke and use the provided ashtrays.
-No parties.
-6 Guests maximum.
-No third-party reservations-No booking on behalf of another person.
-All guests must submit a copy of their photo ID through messenger before check in.
-No candles, wax melters, incense, etc. allowed anywhere on the property.
-No hair dye, food dye, or clothing dye allowed on the property.
-Do not move or re-arrange any furniture. All furniture is permanently attached to the floor or wall and damage will occur if you attempt to move it.
-No early luggage drop off.
-Maximum 28 day stay
-Home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front and back doors and in the back yard. They are always active, recording video and sound at all times 24/7.

We totally loved the Little Green House! It's such a charming comfortable home, with so many welcoming touches, like snacks, waters, coffee, and the personalized welcome sign. The extra power outlets, clocks, and charging cables were incredibly convenient, and such a thoughtful addition! The neighborhood is lovely and really close to downtown and a gorgeous park. The furniture is super comfortable and felt homey. The fenced backyard was SO convenient for the dogs and hanging out on the patio. Host communication was perfect. We definitely hope this is available for our next stay in Pueblo!

Awesome responsiveness-answered my questions right away! We have stayed at alot of VRBOs and this was by far the most thoughtful owner! Snacks/waters/laundry pods/coffees and even fancy flavor syrup provided! Appreciated having such an easy check out process—basically just locking up and letting the owner know! Also very clean and comfortable. Our family had a blast with the old school Nintendo too! Thanks for a great stay!

Place was beautiful, everything that was expected. Kitchen is set up very nicely with a Keurig, coffee, tea and creamers. We would definitely stay here again, and look forward to future trips.

The Little Green House was such a treat! The hosts thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient! We were super excited that there was a type 2 electric charger, and how centrally located the house is. Great outdoor area for dogs and humans. Great place to stay.

The Little Green House is a Gem!

We stayed 5 nights and never needed to contact the host because the place literally had everything we needed. There is a lovely park within a reasonable walking distance. We enjoyed touring the Rosemount mansion that is within walking distance. Great place!

We had a great time with family at the Little Green House! From the welcome sign, snacks, water to the cleanliness of the house - all around great place to stay. The grill and back yard were great as well. Perfect choice for our needs.

Great Green House
