Its wooded park overlooking a pleasant forest path, its immediate access to the coastal GR trail and its proximity to the beach, everything in this house is designed so that you only want one thing: to enjoy! And if you fancy having a seafood platter delivered, you have a mussel farmer right next door. It can be a bit noisy, but it's worth it for the freshness of the products!



On the ground floor, the independent kitchen, equipped with induction hobs and fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster as well as a kettle and various accessories, offers a practical and functional space. The spacious lounge-dining room, boasting breathtaking sea views, invites you to share a warm and convivial moment in front of the rotating wood-burning stove. To relax, a television, DVD player and wifi connection are available. You will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its independent shower room and WC.

Accessible from the lounge, the family suite is equipped with a double bed and a single bed overlooking the park with private terrace, as well as a large king-size bed in a mezzanine boasting breathtaking sea views. A shower room with double sink and independent WCs upstairs and downstairs complete this comfortable space.

On the upper floor, occupants will discover two bedrooms with double beds, a children's bedroom comprising three single beds as well as a small pull-out bed, then you will find another bedroom with a 120 cm double bed with access to the games room (table football and billiards), and finally a small bedroom equipped with baby furniture (cot, high chair, bath). A shower room with WC completes this floor.
