Welcome to your serene retreat at "Beach Beauty," nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach, West of Gulf Drive and only 175 steps to the beach with no streets to cross to get to the beach. This exquisite coastal three-bedroom, two-full-bathroom, one-half-bathroom vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for family getaways and friends’ reunions. Step inside and you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout that effortlessly blends modern comfort with coastal charm.

Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-concept living room with pine plank floors, 10ft ceilings area adorned with plush furnishings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping arrangements for convenience and sliding doors that open to a deck for enjoying the Gulf breezes. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including a full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The master suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing a private retreat for relaxation. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower, ensuring comfort for all guests. A convenient half-bathroom is also available and includes a full size stack washer and dryer.

Outdoors, you’ll find a private brick paver deck with outdoor dining, lounging and a propane grill, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze and stunning sunsets. Beach towels and beach gear are provided for your convenience, so you can easily access the nearby Beach, known for its soft sands and family-friendly atmosphere. The property also boasts a large 2 car garage.

Perfect spot

House was in a great location on the island, close to many restaurants and breakfast spots, and a few houses away from the beach. The house has plenty of beach items included in the garage as well. The home was perfect for my family’s stay, we will be returning.

Happy time

Beach Beauty is a house where you can feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, everything was cozy and tastefully decorated. When we needed help, it was done immediately. Some kitchen utensils need an update. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you very much 😊

Beautiful AMI!

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay at Beach Beauty. It was very comfortable, well equipped and so close to the beach. Easy walk to enjoy the evening sunsets! We hope to be back again.

Beautiful decor/close to beach

Loved our stay and the home. Furnishings we’re beautiful, house was clean & stocked well. Beds were comfortable. Only bad thing was neighbor who left their dog outside daily & it barked anytime someone walked past. Other then that, our stay was awesome!

Loved the property

The kitchen setup was great. Lots of dishes and other items that allowed for a variety of cooking to occur. The living room furniture was well positioned and more comfortable than we have experienced in other rental properties. The bedrooms were comfortable but we would have liked more variety in pillows. So thinner and softer pillows in addition to the larger and firmer ones we found. We really enjoyed the garage area and in particular the ping pong table. It helped having that option when the weather was cooler or rainy. Overall, we had a great time visiting the beach, spending time on the island, and staying at the house.

Great House & Great Beach Location!

We were a family of 4 adults staying for a holiday vacation! The house had everything you could possibly need to make a relaxing stay. A short walk to a quiet spot on the beach was wonderful.The beach equipment was perfect, too. All in all…GREAT!

Wonderful First Trip

We had an absolute wonderful time in Anna Maria and at Beach Beauty! This house was beautiful and had everything you needed for trips to the beach! Fabulous vacation to both the beach and everything in Holmes Beach! Would definitely recommend!

Great spot for a girls' beach getaway!

We got a call that the property was ready before the 4:00pm checkin time and we really appreciated that courtesy. The house was very clean and well-appointed; you could tell that thought had been put into the finishings. I slept on the pullout couch which was a Rowe product and I was very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were either at the beach a short walk away, or enjoying the house. Highly recommend.

Lovely home

Lovely home and great location. Easy check in and out. Management Co quick to respond to any questions. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have all the beach chairs we needed along with umbrellas. We enjoyed using the patio, too. Overall great stay!

Great place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is a great size, nicely laid out, and had all the amenities and extras you could ask for. The management company is great; we had an issue with our initial booking (entirely my fault) and they were great in helping working with us to fix it. Good communication via email and text about check-in and our stay. Beach access literally just a few houses down. We've stayed a lot of places in AMI, and this is our favorite. Would happily return.

Good Times!

Our family loves Anna Maria Island. The house was very nice and for the most part very clean. The provided beach equipment was in fare order and the walk wasn't bad to get out to the ocean/beach. There were some stained sheets and towels (i'm sure from use), none of floor rugs had been cleaned under and the inclosed first floor (basement) was not swept/cleaned out and full of sand. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Great house. Great location. Nice family spot.

This little house was perfect for our family vacation. Loved that it was just a block from the beach. NIce, bright and updated decor upstairs, and an awesome large garage downstairs that I wish I had more reasons to use. The only issue we had was that the cleaning crew didn't do a very good job and we had to spend the first hour or two cleaning surfaces that were obviously missed. Plus, there were no beach towels as promised, which we called ahead of time to ask about. That was remedied in a couple of days. But the place itself was great and overall a great experience.

Florida getaway

This property was great for our family stay in Florida for 2 weeks. Short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Pine Ave for shopping and food. We would stay here again. Only comment (not complaint) was being on the corner of Gulf Dr, which is not the main drag, but is a busier road. Not a big deal but could be of concern with smaller children.
