Especially on the spacious 2nd floor terrace with BBQ Cook Centre and the icing on the cake: a 3rd floor comfortable Viewing Tower that lets you enjoy ocean views and breathtaking sunsets as you take in the mountains on one side and the Sea of Cortes on the other.

9 restaurants and bars; plus 3 convenience stores; Spa/Salon all within walking distance of home. Includes 2 bikes to easily get around the neighborhood of 700 homes, shops and services. Surrounded by 18 hole Loreto Bay Golf Course, Sierra Gigante Mountains and safe beach.
Tranquil, safe, and friendly community with 24x7 security.
