We had a great stay in the hot time of year but spent time in the water in the morning and the evenings snorkeling around the head. The only minor complaint was the air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom was a little loud but threw out lots of cold air which is what really counted.

The host and property manager were both excellent. Any issues were resolved very quickly. There were small markets near buy but had to travel to town of Loreto for a bigger shop. Location was very good between the lap pool and ocean.

Quiet and relaxed stay.

A very clean and quiet stay in a nicely appointed community. Close to the beach and pools. Would definitely stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay and Fauna was available to help us with questions. The beach and lap pool, both stunners, were our favorite parts. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Comfy and cozy, we loved the space and balconies. Everything you need is at this property!

Location is nice. The lap pool is primarily for swimming laps and a quiet area. The family pool is a short walk away which we used more frequently for grandson and for floats in the pool. The unit itself is very dark and in need of updating. The beds were sufficient, but the upstairs bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. Overall, I would pick a different unit/floorplan.

Paradise By the Sea

This is the second or third time we have stayed at this well-appointed home. It is located in the beautiful Founders community, near the pool and easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, golf, etc. The Owner is a delightful and responsive host. Do yourself a favor and spend a week in this home on the beautiful Sea of Cortez!!

Best time ever…

Property is lovely as is the host. She was timely answering all of my questions, appreciate her. So much to do in the community and in surrounding towns. Such a great trip.

Hola John! Grateful for your stay. The downstairs is also set up to be a master, if you chose. Private extra large bedroom with it's own full bath attached. Just like upstairs. No need to climb the stairs if you don't want to. Thanks again!

The complex was amazing, however the unite was old and tired. We were not told ahead of time that the washing machine was broken, as well as the blender and I had to clean out the dishwasher which looked like it had never been cleaned in its life. We ran out of propane for the BBQ midway through our first meal. After informing the owner, they provided the name of the property manager, she was wonderful and looked after everything. However I think it is not unreasonable to expect fully functioning holiday home. Nopoló and Loreto Village is a wonderful spot to visit.

Loreto Village is amazing...

We were blown away by finding such a well planned, beautifully designed community. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to visit again. We happened to visit off season so most restaurants within the Village were not open, but the offset to that was that it was incredibly quiet. We plan to go back in season to experience that as well.

Another Amazing Visit

The house was great very spacious,clean and fresh. The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. The AC worked great. Amazing view from deck. Location was perfect near pool. Overall great experience! Family friendly. Will return!!!!!!!!

Aug stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The community is really cute, the only bummer was that we were there during the off season and many places in Napolo Bay were closed. It wasn’t a problem though because Loreto was a quick car ride, and had many great restaurants and things to do. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great property

This was our first time in Loreto. We had a fantastic time. The trip was well worth it and if you get to know the town you will find the best places to eat and do things. Just one advice if it is your first time make sure you bring PESOS. It is very difficult to exchange and most of the time they pay less than the exchange value. Great experience

Nopolo Vacation June 2024

Overall the property was as advertised. However we were unable to use WiFi as the password wasn’t left where indicated. We were unable to contact host as my phone wouldn’t operate in Mexico. If I had been able to contact host I suspect that WiFi would have been fine.

Loreto gem

We loved our stay in Loreto. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located in this community (built by an American developer who dodged the draft to Canada--got the scoop at a gallery opening) that has everything one needs for a lovely get-away. There are several restaurants, nail salon, spas, and a bakery all within the complex. The patio/outlook on the top level has amazing views--perfect spot for sunset margaritas. The condo is close to the airport and town. Loreto is a gem of a town--great food, safe, friendly people, inexpensive. Fauna, the owner, is incredibly responsive and attentive. Can't go wrong staying here!

spacious and comfortable

This home was very comfortable and clean with lovely mountain views from the top deck. It was exactly as advertised. We loved the lap pool and the dark, starry skies at night. The neighborhood was very well maintained, had beautiful landscaping, and felt safe. We were disappointed that it is no longer possible to rent kayaks or SUPs at Nopolo Beach unless you are a guest of the adjacent hotel and that the condominium complex has no gym. It was nice that there were a handful of eating options in the neighborhood, but it is absolutely essential to have a car for groceries, ATMs, buying purified water, and most activities. There seemed to be no ride-share options.

Yay! We always like to hear guests enjoy their time and really appreciate your 5 ⭐️ review!! I wanted to let you know, Taxis and airport shuttles are available in Loreto. The taxis sit at the end of the street- a few minutes walk from the villa. About 1/2 of my guests do not rent cars. 🚗 While it is more convenient to have a car handy, if you want to save $$ and liability it’s not necessary. Our neighborhood, the villages of Loreto Bay offers multiple restaurants and sundry stores all walkable from the villa. Most everything you need to cook a meal is available at the sundry stores. Throughout the town there are places to rent kayaks & SUPs there’s an adventure shop near the villa. I have a blow up kayak in the closet. . Just ask me, I can help with all your questions. That’s what I’m here for.. thanks again for your stay and for enjoying your time in Loreto.

Trip of a lifetime!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was easy to find, easy to park, steps from the best pool, and a super short walk to the beach. Fauna was a pleasure to work with. I needed to contact her twice with questions while we were there, and both times she got back to me within 10 minutes with the answers. The people of the town couldn't have been nicer to us. The upstairs master is accessible via outdoor steps, which is good to know for families with kids. They are not connected. It was great for us because my parents were able to have their "own place" while the kids and my husband and I took over the downstairs. The grill worked great! We BBQ'd nightly on the deck while watching the amazing sunsets. Recommendation: Eat at Pedro's Place down the street! The food was great, but the people made it unforgettable! MaryPaz (who runs it) is an angel! We went back twice just to visit her. Gabrielle, our server, took such extra care to make sure my son (who is allergic to dairy) got his dinner made specially for him. When we went back a few days later, he remembered us and let us know he would make the special fish again for him. Not to mention they made the world's best margarita!! I highly recommend this home! It was clean, had great air conditioning, and was a perfect location! Thank you Fauna!!
