You have found the perfect place for your vacation! Our building is strategically located for your absolute convenience! Just one block from the grocery, one block from amazing breakfast food and coffee shop and a short, enjoyable walk from restaurants, ice cream and shops! You will enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, outdoor pool and hot tub or even a game of tennis. Access the beach through the building's gated boardwalk, wide and equipped with rinsing stations and lights for those who enjoy the evening strolls on the sand, this upgrade ensures an even more wonderful experience as wheeling a cooler or a cart with everything you need for a day by the waves is made easy and short.
Our slice of paradise sits on the south corner of Ocean Vista Towers, on the ninth floor! Sip on your favorite beverage and listen to the waves as the stress melts away on the oversized wraparound front balcony where you can contemplate breathtaking views of sunrises on the gulf and sunsets on the bay. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Carefully decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind, you will fall in love with the beach cottage feel! Our large dining table has held many laughter-filled meals. Board games and movie nights are just perfect after a sun filled day on the sand, ocean or fishing excursion! You will also rest on memory foam mattresses and down pillows dressed in fresh new cotton linen.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute South Padre condo! The view was absolutely spectacular, and the furniture was comfortable and well-appointed, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The patio furniture was the best! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in various units at Ocean Vista and this is by far the best. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Beds are very comfortable and the views from the balcony are great. Lots of great seating on the balcony

Beautiful accommodations right on the beach and walking distance to everything. The beds were so comfy and so many pillows! Perfect for a family of 5 and each room has its own bathroom. It felt like a home away from home and has everything you need. Melissa, the host, was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

This was a great getaway! Melissa was wonderful. Attentive to all our needs. We had one little problem with the AC and there was a repair man there before I got back from my walk which I called her on. It was a minor problem just a wire brush on a wire. Back to cool again in no time. It was modern and beautiful and it had everything we needed. It’s definitely a do over and right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed with the furniture and wall colors throughout. We were able to find everything we needed - only suggestion is that a step stool would be helpful to reach the dishes on the top shelf.

Super friendly and helpful host. Condo and honestly the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Excellent location, no car needed. We walked to several bars and restaurants and took the free bus to explore further out (bus stop right outside the unit). This corner unit has a wonderful huge balcony and gorgeous sunrise views. The primary bath layout is a little quirky but everything else about this rental was top notch!

Wonderful Stay in SPI

This condo is a GREAT place to spend some family time. The location on the island is perfect for walking to many of the restaurants and bars. The ocean views are spectacular. Everything we ever needed was available in the condo, plus stuff we didn't know we needed. The host is very responsive to questions.

Family beach time

We loved the condo and enjoyed the location to the beach! Even though the weather was not the greatest we still made it fun with the games and puzzles. Great communication with owner and good food suggestions!! We will be back!!

South Padre vacation

Our stay here was wonderful! Clean condo and facilities! Easy access to the beach and a short distance to everything on the island. We would happily stay here again during our next visit to the island!

Great place to stay.

This condo was a corner unit that slept 8 comfortably with beautiful views of the water and beach. There was easy access to beach, stores, and restaurants! I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a nice, clean place to stay on South Padre Island!

Melissa is a fabulous host! We had some questions during our stay and she was quick to respond to us.The condo was perfect for our family with a well appointed kitchen, great updated bathrooms, plenty of seating for dining (bar and the dining table) and a working washer/dryer! The balcony was our favorite spot with the table for dining or outdoor board games, multiple love seats, foot stools and a lounger. A wonderful week was enjoyed by our family. Thank you Melissa!
