A delightful property nestled in the hillside of Grand Cul de Sac, Villa Palm is both contemporary and full of charm.
The entrance door leads to the main living area, which has a comfortable living-room and a well- equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Facing the view, the heated pool and the lovely outdoor area surrounded with a lush garden is the perfect place for entertaining.
It features everything you need to enjoy your time : loungers, a shaded gazebo with a dining table and a BBQ.
Back inside, the contemporary lines ally with the white walls, natural wooden panels and clear marble floors give the house a bright atmosphere.
Two equal-size bedrooms are located on each side of the living area and both have ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas.
Villa Palm is close to Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, its restaurants, hotels and water-sport activities.
