We have owned the Casita since 2013 and it is a cosy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in "The Casas'', a small quiet location, very close to the Gold Canyon Golf Resort.
With 300+ days of Sunshine a year, Gold Canyon enjoys a rural feel, close to the Superstition Mountains and Salt River Lakes yet, just 45mins east of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Eateries, Bars. Supermarket and Drugstore, Medical Center/Urgent Care are all nearby.
With it's weather, the area is popular with winter visitors who enjoy the Golf, Hiking, Boating and Exploring the expanses of the Southwest.
We offer a clean home that sleeps 4, a well equipped kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances, easy off road parking for 2+ cars, Smart TV with HD and High Speed Internet/WiFi,
Gas Grill outdoors with 3 separate patios for you enjoyment. Mountain views and fabulous sunsets.
Included with your stay there is a community Pool just s short walk from the property which is a quiet and restful place to get some sun. USPS mail delivery is yours during your stay, just let the mail man know.

We have owned The Casita since 2014 and we really like the convenient location just 45 miles east of Phoenix in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains. This is a great place to be, especially in the wintertime!
