Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this eighth floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level seaside getaway features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full master bathroom and bedroom and a private half bathroom in the hallway. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, Wifi. Notes: Shower only, no tub.

Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great option for Delaware Beach getaway

We had a great family vacation in this condo! Wonderful view, great location, and very good service from Vacasa. The locker in the garage for storing beach things and cart for taking them to the beach was a great bonus. There were a couple things we had to figure out how to turn on when we got into the unit and it is across from the elevator so there was a little noise on occasion but it did not deter from our stay. The fridge was hard to dial in temperature wise but we made it work. We had never stayed at Sea Colony before and did know all of the rules. Be sure to set up non-umbrella structures behind the flags on the beach and be mindful that some lifeguards are a little more draconian than others.Overall one of our better rental experiences! We'd definitely return.

Gorgeous you but very unclean and old inside:(

We enjoyed the location however we were very underwhelmed with the quality of the furnishings within this unit. Very thin and old musty smelling carpet in the master bedroom as well as soap scum all over the bathroom, shower doors, etc. A lot of mold inside of the faucet heads. Quality did not match the cost per night:(

Great view of the ocean and Bethany Beach. Furnishings are good and the kitchen was very organized with all the utensils and appliances needed. Bedroom was comfortable.

Found under the sheets, when we stripped the linens to leave.

Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee and the endless sounds of the waves. The view was spectacular, The Dolphin show was beyond amazing. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing in every way. The weather for mid October was perfect for sitting on the beach for hours soaking in the rays.

Great condo, management needs improvement

Condo was perfect - great location and beautiful views! The communication before our stay was lacking. The cleanliness of the unit was questionable. We found trash stuffed into armchair cushions, crumbs all over the floor, and shampoo smeared on the bathroom walls. This was unacceptable and put a damper on the first day of our vacation, as we had to clean it ourselves. I have reached out about a refund of our cleaning fees and have not gotten any response from vacasa. Disappointing!

Great Beach Property

Wife and I stayed here for a long holiday weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Easy beach access, great balcony views, quiet, and secure. She used the beautiful aquatic center ( there’s a shuttle) to lap swim. The unit is fully equipped, particularly with kitchen apparatus. It was very clean and comfortable. There’s was a middleman between us and the property owner. VACASA acts as the Sea Colony property manager and there are a few more admin steps required above a usual VRBO rental. This was NOT a problem, just new to us. We will definitely stay again. And, yes, we saw dolphins from the balcony!

Best place
