Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Recent upgrades include: Stearns & Foster queen set in the master bedroom, two Sealy twin bed sets in the guest room, table and six chairs in the dining room, cocktail table and an end table in the living room, patio furniture (four chairs, breakfast table, two small cocktail tables). Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. TWO reserved spaces. 3 TVs (including 55' flat-screen with wireless-capable Blu-ray in the living room and 32' flat-screen in the master bedroom), DVD (in the master bedroom), Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental offering handicap-friendly features, including a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower. Tile flooring throughout, except the bedrooms which are carpeted.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Gorgeous views of the ocean!

Lovely apartment on the 6th floor overlooking the beach. We had a very comfortable stay here: my mom, in her 80s, appreciated the short walk to the beach and the fact that you can hear the waves from the balcony. The kids liked the short walk into town and the pool. We didn’t play basketball, pickeball or tennis but there are courts across the parking area. There is a trolley into town that stops two blocks away, and a tram that goes to all the Sea Colony amenities.

Awesome Stay at Bethany

The condo was very clean, kitchen was great with all the modern features. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture needed some TLC but nothing major. The view was fantastic and made the experience memorable.

Spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset

We loved the wrap around balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and Bethany Beach. The apartments is well equipped with dinnerware and good appliances. The Wi-Fi and TVs worked very well. It is an easy ten or fifteen-minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Garfield Parkway.

Perfect view...

The view and size of this unit is fantastic. Overall it was pretty clean but it could use some updating. The 2 chairs needs to be cleaned/shampooed and the carpet in the master bedroom needs to be updated. The master bed is firm but comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and the view makes up for these short comings.

Amazing view

Overall, we had a great stay at 610 Annapolis. We had a slight hiccup at the start. Walked in late Saturday to an 80 degree house. Called Vacasa first thing Sunday and they had the A/C repaired by noon. Overall, the place was nice and comfortable. The view is really something. Lots of room for a family of four to spread out. The bathrooms need some updating, especially the second bathroom. But it wasn't anything we couldn't live with for a week. The location is excellent. Close to town and to the beach.

Terrible management

Sea Colony is great and this apartment is large and nice, but the management of the place is horrific. They don’t respond to messages, do not leave enough necessities and refuse to work with you if you ask for anything. Beware if you rent this place!!!

Location was Perfect

The location of this condo is perfect. The assigned parking spot is right next to the door to the elevators. It is also within walking distance to center of shopping in the town of Bethany. The view is grand because the two-sided balcony shows off the sunrise on the beach, the gorgeous, individual homes next to the Sea Colony, and the sunset on the other side of the building. The rooms, bedding and towels were clean. Loved the lighting plan because almost all he switches had dimmers. The appliances worked great, except the clothes dryer. The unsatisfactory review is: The blue couch is warn and dirty, some knobs on the cabinetry were missing, the silverware drawer was off track and felt like it may fall out and hurt someone, the accordion drapes on the one side of the living room did not open so we could not access that slider door and see the awesome view from inside the unit, and the shade in the second bedroom did not work either. The biggest bummer was no one told us that the clothes dryer did not work. We ran a load of wash and when we transferred it to the dryer we discovered it was broken and beyond repair while we were there. (We did call and ask for repair assistance.) Having wet, clean clothes without a dryer was frustrating. If those items we mentioned were in working order, then this unit would be a 5 STAR.

Wonderful Views and a Good Stay despite some challenges

The condo is located in a great location and Sea Colony has tons of amenities which make the stays there worthwhile. The condo offers great views of the ocean, has covered parking, is easy to access and has the basic necessities. Check in and payment was simple and straightforward. Rules were clear in advance. The staff at the check in/out desk were very pleasant and helpful. However, no communication was made to me prior to check in that the property was having air conditioning issues. Much to our surprise, when we walked through the door to the condo, we arrived to find a service technician working on the air conditioning unit. While I know some things are out of control of the PM and owner they should be addressed as quickly as possible and if they can't be, then there needs to be more proactive and open communication with the guest. The tech spent a few hours working on it and indicated it was repaired. It was a cool day so we had opened all the windows and got a nice breeze. That night I tried the A/C and found that the display wasn't working, so we slept with the windows open. The next day I contacted Vacasa and was told by the person to close all the windows because some HVAC units don't work if there are open windows. As someone who does home renovations, this was the first time I had ever heard of any nonsense like this. I closed everything up and waiting a couple hours, but the display to the HVAC still didn't work. I called VACASA back and left a message that afternoon. Later in the evening I still hadn't heard anything back so I called again and was finally connected with someone that put in a request to have the A/C fixed. The third day we were there another A/C tech came out and confirmed the HVAC unit needed a part, but they didn't have it so the A/C couldn't be used for our entire trip. This was tolerable the first two nights, but the second two nights it was close to 80 degrees in the condo even with the windows open. There was no offer of any type of compensation to make the stay more comfortable (e.g., additional fans, etc.). Aside from this, my family and I were happy with our stay. The unit was relatively clean, had all the essentials and had amazing views.

Good views

Good views. Short walking distance to beach and town. Appropriate for a family of four. The unit is a bit dated but served the purpose. Maybe Vacasa/owner will fix the washer dryer. It did not work during our stay and Vacasa said they’d do something for us, but did not. We went to the laundromat instead (not exactly what we expected on a two week vacation).
