The Gatlinburg strip is the heart of Gatlinburg containing hundreds of shops, restaurants, & exciting activities. At checkin, park your vehicle in our free lot and walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. From this location, you can also get on a trolley that will take you to Pigeon Forge!

The photos of this property are misleading. The condo was missing a couch, and there were noticeable scuff marks all over the walls. Several items were missing, including bedding and pillows. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean — we found dirty socks and trash left behind, the bedding appeared unwashed, and the spare pillows in the closet were stained (one with what looked like blood) and stored on top of a dirty mop. The rugs had visible food crumbs, and there was mold present in the bathroom and shower. There was dirt accumulated along baseboards and in corners and unknown substances on the cabinets/doors.Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing compared to the listing.

Cozy stay

We loved this place! We were about one block from the main strip, easy walking access to everything. The room was clean and VERY well decorated and cute. It wasn’t too big but was just was we needed. It was right off the elevator so we did hear some people but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The modern updates make it feel very homey. The shower water pressure is amazing too.

Mixed Feelings

The unit was right outside the elevator, so you heard it moving through out the night and during the early morning hours. The room was extremely clean and very well decorated. It was a little further off the strip than we liked. We also didn’t like that the location of the complex or the unit was not giving in the description on the the website. We also had to use one remote to control the tv in the bedroom and the living room. The tv in the bedroom did not have satellite or cable, or if it did, it was not user friendly. I don’t see us staying here again just because of the location of the complex and the unit itself.

The condo was in a great location, short walk to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I.

Amazing CLEAN cozy place

We needed something last minute, and this place was perfect. Has everything you need and it’s adorably decorated and CLEAN. I hate hotels because they smell like 🤮. This place even smelled like someone’s home. Super cute and slept great!

Perfect Location!

Great place! Thoughtfully decorated. Excellent location. Walking distance (less than 5 minute walk) to Anakeesta and The Village (the Donut Friar has the best donuts in town). Super clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean and great location!

I booked this condo for a little getaway for my husband and I. We loved it. The condo is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, exactly what we wanted. We were only staying a couple of days, therefor we didn't want that time to be spent driving everywhere. The condo is super cute with a modern, rustic decor. Very neat and clean. Booking was so easy. The owner provided all the necessary arrival and departure information in a timely manner. I will definitely mark this as a favorite on my trip board and look forward to staying here again.

Excellent remodel

The remodel that had been recently done on this property looks exactly like the photos listed. Plenty of parking and easy access to rooms and amenities. The condo was also stocked with all the little things we needed for our stay. Overall excellent, I would highly recommend.
