Recently renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, new microwave convection oven, two burner glass cooktop, backsplash and new refrigerator with pantry! Walk to Anakeesta, The Convention Center, The SKYBRIDGE, BLAKE SHELTON'S OLE RED, JASON ALDEANS, The Ripley's Aquarium, Ole' SMOKY MOONSHINE and many more attractions! Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Rolltop Desk work area for those who may need to do a little bit of work between attractions! Theres also room in the master bedroom for a pack and play baby bed for those traveling with little ones! Take a ride thru time just behind the property at the Roaring fork motor trail and see a few settlers cabins, creeks and waterfalls and even a bear or two! Gatlinburg Condo

This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It’s super close to downtown festivities with a stairway providing easy access. The host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Great place

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for me and my husband. Shower and bathroom was nice. It was right near everything. The walk back was up a steep hill so little tiring walking to and from but other than that a great place for visiting gatlinburg.

This was our first empty nester trip. Nice little condo that is close to downtown Gatlinburg. We opted to drive rather than walk anywhere so we would not have to lug our shopping around. Bed was comfortable. Large fridge for snacks and drinks. Good water pressure in shower and shower head is on a hose. Nice and cool air conditioning! Clay was great to communicate with and gave a lot of information.

Perfect location

This was the perfect home base for our trip - everything was super clean, comfortable and convenient. We loved being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg and not fight the traffic while still being able to easily drive to the arts and crafts district or up into Cherokee National Forest

Cozy condo

We had an amazing time at the Holly Bear condo! The space was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to downtown. Clay, the host, was incredibly attentive and promptly brought us sheets for the sofa bed when needed. As a family of four, we found the space just right. Watching the fireworks and the ball drop from our room was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Excellent Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Gatlinburg at Clay and Glenda’s Condo. So cozy! Already had the Christmas tree up before Thanksgiving and they made it even better! They were very easily accessible if we needed anything and everything was perfect! Thank y’all very much! ❤️❤️

Great spot for get away! Cut through steps at back of property provide easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Host responded promptly and was very accommodating!

Perfect Spot!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Great space, very comfortable and very easy to walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Also really close to the entrance of the national park.

Great Location to do everything we wanted.

The Property was as advertised close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains National Park. We hiked and had great southern hospitality and Food!! A very nice visit.

Gatlinburg trip

The condo was clean and had everything that you need for a vacation. The owners were very helpful and always got back to us when we had a question. The condo is within walking distance from downtown, but it's about 15 minutes or so and you have to remember to go around to the back of the complex to start your walk. All in all, a very good experience.

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here. The view is also amazing in any season but in fall and winter you can see the space needle from here on NEW YEARS EVE! Views the pool of the complex next door and you may see an occasional family of bears making their way between the buildings !

This unit is very cozy, just right for a couple or with kids. Sleeps 4. Beautifully decorated, recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, flat surface stovetop, dishwasher and you have everything you need for a long stay, a convection microwave, and there is a coin laundry in the basement of the building for your convenience! Free wifi and there is a rooltop desk in the event you must do some work while you are visiting. The bedroom has plenty of room for a pack and play in the event you have small children.
