Walk to Anakeesta, The Convention Center, The SKYBRIDGE, BLAKE SHELTON'S OLE RED, JASON ALDEANS, The Ripley's Aquarium, Ole' SMOKY MOONSHINE and many more attractions! Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Rolltop Desk work area for those who may need to do a little bit of work between attractions! Theres also room in the master bedroom for a pack and play baby bed for those traveling with little ones! Take a ride thru time just behind the property at the Roaring fork motor trail and see a few settlers cabins, creeks and waterfalls and even a bear or two! This was such a nice place to stay. Perfectly sized for the 2 of us. More space than a hotel room with the ability to cook. Wish it had been cold enough to use the fireplace! Close to town with a trolley stop at bottom of the road. Will hopefully stay here again.

This little cozy suite was perfect for a quick weekend trip for 4. Host was kind and easy to work with at both check in and check out. Kitchen had all of the essentials. The area was quiet but with easy walking access to downtown Gatlinburg.

We stayed two nights to do some hiking in the smokies. The Holly Bear Condo was only 20 minutes, which was great. It was so cute, clean and comfortable. Clayton was very responsive and even told us we could call him at anytime if we had issues. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again.

The host was great and very easy to communicate with. You can tell they put a lot of effort into updating the condo, making it very nice. I stayed two nights, and it was very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and the convention center. If it's available the next time I'm in town, I would definitely reserve it again.

The location was perfect, and the condo was very comfortable. My only complaint was with cleanliness since I found a significant amount of women’s hair pretty much all over the unit (couch, bed, bath towels..) and the spare bedding was unlikely washed as it was wadded up in a drawer.

The condo itself was beautiful we enjoyed the condominium and all the amenities. The pool does not have lighting at night but you're allowed to swim as long as you want no pool hours. The condo sits off of the strip but it is up a mountain and you turn to go up another Mountain to get to it. The trolley that comes to get you has to be walked to down both mountains. The stairs at the hotel that is supposed to take you downtown also has at least a half mile to a mile walk to get to the strip. This would not be good for someone that is handicap accessible, I took my 80-year-old mom and we ended up having to pay for parking each time we went out because she could not walk all the distance that it took to get to the trolley or down the long stairs from the hotel to get back up the mountain to go back up if we wanted to go to the strip. This location is close to the strip but it does require uphill walking and steep downhill walking. Good for younger visitors but not so good for the older ones if you plan on walking right out to the strip this would not be the location you would want to stay at.

We have owned this property for 20 plus years and believe it or not GATLINBURG IS IN THE GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS, which are actually MOUNTAINS! I am sorry your elders had an issue walking to town. In future bookings you should probably reach out to the hosts and ask about special needs for elders, there is even a scooter rental on site for elderly guests. We have walked from this location for two decades. Hope you can find a more suitable spot next time. Thanks Clay

The condo was perfect and charming! The walk to downtown is a bit of an incline on way back so just beware. It is close to downtown, very clean and was perfect for me and my husband.

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here.
