Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Family weekend getaway

We loved the overall property of sea colony. The grounds were nicely maintained, there were plenty of outdoor and indoor pools for the kids. Beach access was wonderful and easy for the kids and elderly. The condo itself needs some updating and better cleaning, but overall it was a blast with the kids. There was also nice parks, pavilions and playgrounds.

We loved our stay in Sea Colony . The home we stayed in provided all we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare some tasty meals. The setting was lovely, quiet and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch after a long day at the beach. We will definitely return !

Great Last Minute Find

Covid restrictions cancelled our planned trip last minute And we were happy to go to sea colony (3rd time). Condo is near tram stop (far end of sea colony so a little bit of a trip), large outdoor pool and near canal area. MBR bed is a little stiff and TV seating for 4 at the most but the 3BR was great. Would stay here again.

56106 Whispering Pines September 2024

This was our second time staying at this particular property and we will most likely return again next year. 56106 Whispering Pines is a cozy comfortable home located in the back area of Sea Colony. The screened in wrap around porch is a plus as it backs up to a wooded area and the Assawomen Creek. It was so nice to sit out in the evening and listen to the boats as they shuttle back and forth to the bay as well as all the nighttime critter sounds... owls, frogs and a variety of birds ! The Kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture is comfy as are the beds. The dining table is quite large and can accommodate a number of people. All and all a great vacation spot !

Great stay

Very spacious condo that worked great for a multi-generational family trip. It had everything we needed and more (including both a coffee pit and machine that took K Cups). Linens and starter packs of cleaning and bathing items were included. Even being at the back of Sea Colony, the tram ran regularly and we were never more than a few minutes away from the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy. We would book again!

Great stay other then terrible cleanliness

Unfortunately this stay was not nearly as great as a couple weeks ago at another condo. We had to start our vacation by cleaning the property as best as we could to get by for 3 days. There is Still a lot that needs to be done. There were dried blood spots on one of the comforters. Many dishes that were dirty in the cabinets that we had to wash prior to using, we had to clean the floors a little bit. Toys and layers of dirt and dust on many areas of the home. Dirty socks under the bed. The walls and home really could use deep cleaning. Paint touch up spots don’t match and grime and greasy marks all over the place. Very discouraged to be taking our first trip with our family and to walk into this when all we wanted was to enjoy a couple days away from the craziness of being a nurse during this crazy pandemic.
