With amazing views of the pond from multiple vantage points, this charming condo is a sure bet for your next coastal vacation. Dine al fresco together on the screened patio with water views or cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the sunlit living space. The open floor plan offers an updated interior with plush furnishings and coastal-themed decor. The full kitchen has all you need to whip up your favorite beach snacks, including stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets.

Located in the Sea Colony resort community, guests enjoy access to shared amenities such as the half-mile private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, family-friendly activities, a seasonal shuttle, and year-round security. Added perks include high-speed WiFi, four TVs with cable, and board games.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great beach house !!

Lots of extras in the kitchen- loved the rice maker. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Had an issue with the bathtub drain not holding water and it was taken care of right away. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic getaway in luxury condo

We have rented at Sea Colony for the past 20+ years. Without a doubt this was the nicest unit we have stayed at. The 4 bedroom condo was totally updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable utensil tool and top of the line appliances. There were even games and book for all ages to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

A lovely trip

This was our second year staying in this home. The upgrades make this unit appealing and comfortable. Of course I have the same complaint as other guests regarding the cleanliness of the unit but that has nothing to do with the home. I hope Vacasa takes note of the fact that nearly every review for every unit contains criticism of the cleanliness and figures out how to address in the future. This unit seems to be partially booked for our preferred week next summer already, otherwise we would be booking here for a third year in a row.

Lovely community, great athletic facilities. Check out time at 10:00 is ridiculously early. Unit was dirty, and had ants. Dusty, dirty. Complained to management. Didn’t love pillows or quality of mattress. Not to include dishwasher soap and expect dishes to be clean? Come on now.

Housekeeping problems, unresponsive hosts

So, there were several good things about the house: - We loved being in Bethany, which was the perfect, family-friendly town for our vacation - The house was spacious and well-appointed, so there was plenty of room to spread out (and LAUNDRY, yay!) - We liked the location and all the amenities of Sea Colony (the pools, the tram to the beach, the friendly staff) - The location of the property within Sea Colony was nice, with easy parking and a nice view of the little lake. The not-so-good: - The house was more run-down than the pictures showed. I could live with that, but there were obvious housekeeping issues. There was moldy bread in the kitchen, stains on the couch, a big rip in one of the armchairs, a half-used bar of soap on the floor of the master shower, hair in the master bath sinks...just ick. - The master bedroom sheets had obviously been slept in. There was hair all over them, and they were rumpled. I found myself washing sheets at 9 pm when I was exhausted and desperate to go to bed. I contacted Vacasa with photos, and the next day it appeared someone had come to change the sheets (a little late, but okay), but they never responded to the housekeeping issues. We texted back and forth a few times (no one ever answered the phone) and I haven't heard from them since. All in all, it was disappointing -- I think the house is actually quite nice and if the housekeeping and property management had been better, we definitely could see ourselves coming back to this unit again next summer.

Great Thanksgiving stay in Sea Colony

The 4 BR/3BA condo was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. We were 5 adults with a 7 month old baby. Because of circumstances, we spent much of the week (other than walks in the hood) in the condo, cooking every meal (and using every pot/pan/dish/glass/serving bowl & utensil) and enjoying each other's company. Everything in the condo was fine. If circumstance allowed, we certainly would return next year.

Fantastic stay, 110% better than a hotel

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds & every small appliance imaginable ( including an air fryer for re-warming boardwalk fries at midnight)! We have stayed at Sea Colony 7 times over the last 14 years. All the condos we have stayed in have been nice, but we haven’t ever felt the urge to book the same one twice until now. Everything collectively about it made it feel special and we instantly felt relaxed. Four bedrooms & three full bathrooms on two levels were a huge plus for a family of 5 with 3 teen/early twenties “kids” that like to spread out. The location of the condo in the complex was convenient to amenities, but faced towards a little pond w/ water feature that drowned out the noise of neighbors. The sound of the bullfrogs at night was a pleasant backdrop to easily fall asleep in the master king size bed. It was a great stay and we will specifically book this condo again. Great job Vacasa and thank you to the Teal family (according to the name on personalized decor pieces) for sharing a beautiful beach home.
