Overlook the surf and sand (and one of the resort outdoor pools) from the large seaside balcony of this completely renovated fourth floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! A single-level layout, this designer decorated and furnished resort getaway offers a living and dining area, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Located in Sea Colony's Edgewater House (with its indoor pool and fitness center), this resort condominium also features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: Features carpet in bedrooms only and tile flooring in remainder of home.

Great room & great location

This room had everything our family needed during our stay. I would like to rent this next year but it doesn't allow a 10 day rental for next year. We have traveling to Sea Colony the last 9 years as a family and this was our favorite room to date.

fabulous view

The view from this condo is incredible. Don’t miss the opportunity to wake up by watching the sun rise and the early morning begin, from the chairs on the balcony, or just sit there and watch the ocean at any time.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We had a great time! Loved the location, easy access to the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the beach- made the trip with 4 kids easy to go back and forth between both. Not too far of a walk to the boardwalk every night or to get something to eat. Loved the easy access to Dunkin every morning for breakfast. We also appreciated the activities for the kids especially the magna-tiles! Set up of the house was great with enough room for a family of 6, bunk beds and full bed and king size bed in master room. We loved the balcony and being able to sit and look directly out to the beach and pool. Everything was well supplied and comfortable! Can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely place

Beautiful view and extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. FYI-there is netting across the balcony railing that is owner-installed and that somewhat impedes the view (it adds a layer below the railing). Also, we raised a few maintenance issues the day we arrived and despite reaching out multiple times to Vacasa no one stopped by to fix them- the blinds on the left side of the main window out to the balcony don’t open all the way (one full panel of windows is covered) and the outer storm door doesn’t close correctly.

401s Edgewater is beautiful

We loved the unit, The owner has this place decorated very beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry is located just off the kitchen in its own little room. The living and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The master suite needs to have a new mattress. When you sit on the edge of the bed you roll into it. The sliding glass door in the living room needs repaired as the handle to open was off and in pieces on the TV stand so we could not utilize the door or balcony. Customer Service was notified but Maintenance never called or showed up. It was unfortunate for us that we were shortchanged.

Great family vacation!

This unit worked out really well for us and our 3 kids. The second bedroom with the set of bunks and the 3rd large bed was great for the kids. It is is relatively updated, with nice bathrooms and furnishings. The location in the central Edgewater building was perfect! The master king bed was decent but ideally could have a more comfortable mattress and all the bed pillows could be better. The cleaning/linen service, however, was disappointing. Upon arrival, we vacuumed and wiped the fridge inside and out, and wiped the stove top. The glass doors in the master bath had a large amount of soap scum as well. The second bedroom closet had piles of unfolded blankets and sheets that seemed used. The hall closet had a pile of dirty towels inside which I had to wash immediate so we’d have enough. There were other areas that needed immediate wiping down that should have been obvious to a cleaning service. I’m sure the cleaning service was on a time crunch but these details really make a different, especially for a rental at this price point. There was also only 1 extra role of toilet paper for a 7 day stay, no dishwasher pods and no trash bags. All other condos at Sea Colony we have stayed had at least 1 extra roll be bathroom and some dishwaters pods and some trash bags.

Great place

Nicely upgraded, clean, lots of kid activities, books and games, great location. The king bed was “sleepable” but after 7 days I was really missing my bed. It has a harder rim and bouncier middle. Overall very comfortable place and may likely stay here again!

Great location

We liked this condo a lot. It was confortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. The location can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, there were several broken items in the condo when we arrived that took a few days to get resolved. A broken lock on the front door prevented the condo from being cleaned before we arrived. The lock was repaired that night and the cleaning crew did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently once they (and we) were able to get in. The broken window blind in the front window was never repaired. It could not be closed and the sun was strong in the mornings. (A mixed blessing.) We called several times for repair. It would have been worse if we had to use the pull out couch. I hope that the repairs that we requested make for a much better start to the vacation for the next family.

Wonderful vacation+

This condo was beautiful, loved the color scheme, my mom, grandma, and i kept saying how we wanted to bring home all the decor lol. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed our stay and we thank you so much for opening your lovely home to us, wish there was a guestbook in the condo to sign amd leave a message. But we would love to come back in the future!! Thank you for the perfect spot for our much needed vacation! Got so many beautiful pics of the sunrise and moon rise!

Comfortable home, relaxing views!

This was such a comfortable and clean condo! We really enjoyed all the touches, from child proofing of the balcony, fun books to read, extremely inviting furniture and great tv for the family nights in and spacious bedrooms and baths. It was all really lovely! The unit was well maintained. I would definitely choose this exact unit to stay in again.
