Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this sixth floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level seaside getaway features a living and dining area (with hardwood floors), updated well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and it was another great stay! Condo is nicely furnished and love the king sized bed in the master! Owners took feedback from last year and updated dinnerware and glasses. Will definitely come for a 3rd year!

A Perfect Summer Vacation

This is a very nice unit. The bedrooms are large with space for people and belongings. The balcony provides a nice ocean view. The kitchen is a bit small, but manageable - it has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker - just bring your coffee grounds or capsules. The unit was clean & ready for us. The beach and several swimming pools are within a very short walk. If you plan to run laundry, do it before bedtime, as the drier was too loud for our taste. There were several DVDs, puzzles, etc., which we didn't use, because the weather allowed us to do outdoor activities.

Best place we’ve stayed

This was our 3rd trip to Sea Colony and this unit was by far our favorite. Plenty of room with a king bed in one room and bunk beds and another bed in the other room. Appliances were updated and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Great view of the ocean and close to all the amenities that Sea Colony has to offer. We’ll be staying here again soon.

Good location

It is located in a very nice community. It is safe and well maintained. There are lots of things to do such as walking to the beach, riding the bus to the gym, playing tennis, playing in the playground, walking to the restaurant across the street. There is a fully functional kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Washer and dryer are also available inside of the home. Overall we are happy with the stay. We wish we live there!

Upheld expectations

House was sufficient. Beautiful view. Comfy beds. Convenient location. Good amenities (although not all were open). Community is nice in that they have trams available for transport throughout the community, or places are within walking distances. Elevators had some issues while we were there (6th floor). Overall, was ok and would recommend.

Good location; acceptable condo

The condo was clean and as depicted on the website. No frills- just basics. The kitchen items require update -old pans, no large coffee mugs, no wine corkscrew etc.

Excellent view but needs improvement

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and we really appreciated how easy it was to access the beach, nearby restaurants, and other amenities — definitely a great location. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, there’s an unexpected $25 per person fee for badges just to access the unit and it was for the access the pools and beach areas, which added up quickly. The unit also could have been a bit cleaner; we noticed handprints low on the sliding glass doors, likely from previous guests’ children. There was no hand soap provided, which felt like a basic necessity that should have been included. We also found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes when we arrived, which was disappointing. On top of that, the kitchen was stocked with only three wine glasses, even though the unit accommodates up to six guests. One of the beds was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathroom door stopper was rusted and missing the rubber end piece — a small but overlooked maintenance detail. Overall, while the view and location were great, a few updates and more attention to cleanliness, stocking, and guest comfort would make this a much better stay.

Amazing Place!

We have stayed in many beach places and this is by far ONE OF THE BEST! Wonderful views from the balcony - great accessibility to the beach - kitchen has everything you could possibly need - more than enough towels - perfect size washer and dryer - comfy furniture - and VERY responsive owners! We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful view- read the terms before booking!

This place was great and we are happy we chose to stay here. Be wary of the fees though! This was listed for one price on VRBO and we ended up paying over three times that amount for two nights after we were charged separately for all the fees. Once you book through VRBO, you are charged a resort fee per person and a booking fee- both were charged separately from the initial VRBO booking. This condo is actually run by Vacasa (not an individual owner). You can probably save money booking directly through them. Also- check in starts at 4pm and check out is 10am. Our weekend stay ended up realistically being one day.

Great location

Perfect location as it was right on the beach and downtown Bethany was only about 1/2 mi away! Place was true to pictures and comfortable!

Inadequate washer/dryer

This unit has a great beach view and location. However, washing beach and bath towels was a daylong endeavor, which was a real bummer on a beach vacation. The washer/dryer is a small single unit that both washes and dries so it took 6 hours to wash 2 beach towels. Owner should upgrade to add individual washer and dryer units.
